Nice plane, love it ever since I flew it, BUT....
...seriously!? 13 minutes of video showing flight prep and taxiing, followed by 1 min of flight?
Can I suggest using a movie editor (like movie maker)

Fair point, I am not a movie maker just bolted a go pro to the tie down point.

Great Video! Thanks for posting! I LOVE the Do27 and I am restoring one in Alaska. I found it in bad condition in Germany in 2005. Looks like you are using the Tiedown at the wingtip for the camera? I always wanted to do that when flying Dorniers, but never got around to do that. Best Regards, Lars

+BetterAircraftFabric Hi Lars sorry was slow in seeing your message. Yes used the tie down point to mount a go pro but looking at other ideas. Good luck with your re build. Cheers Matt

the Dornier 27 is a magnificent aircraft, a pleasure to maintain and fly. We have used one of these for a parachute platform for many years.

Yeah..., I jumped from a Dornier 27 out of Strassbourg, a wonderful aircraft with a lot of a background story, It is etched inside my memory! Die legende lebt!

The heavy sputter/misfire/hesitation to the engine would have made me not want to take it up.
