- I've had so much fun making extended video clips from Kim Carnes' songs. For an artist who had her roots in country music, the 80's pop gems with dance beats and electronic pulsating production were turned into 12 inch versions back in the day, so I've been gathering original clips of some of my favourite artists and songs and re-editing them to the extended mp3's. 'Crazy in the night' was a mid 80's success for Kim. It was her last Top 40 hit in America and Australia where the singer/songwriter had enjoyed considerable success since 1980.

When I had nightmares as a kid my parents would play this and we'd dance to it until I was so exhausted I fell right back asleep. God, I love being an 80s child.

Never a hit in uk but as I was in the US/Canada in mid 80's only for about 3 weeks in both countries. The music left me with so many great memories . So disappointed when I got back home & so much music was not popular in the uk.

One of those songs that you remember exactly where you where and what you were doing the first time you heard it. I grew up with a radio playing near me 70's 80's and 90's. New music after 2000 is awful. I now understand how my parents and grandparents felt about the music that I listened to.💃🎼🎵🎶
