- Bridal Bouquet created by Conny van der Westerlaken.
For this bouquet she uses an intricate frame made using a very interesting technique! This Bridal Bouquet really has a unique delicate vibe!
Conny is an alumna from the Boerma Instituut! She graduated 16 years ago and has since then studied and learned from other schools and Master Florists.
After that her flower journey took her all over the world! She does freelance floristry jobs like Stand Decoration, Event Design and Demonstrations.
She is an absolute creative when it comes to techniques and detailed work! Just like Mike Boerma, Conny is a Floral Fundamentals ambassador with a passion for the profession!
The Boerma Instituut is a floristry school, founded by Theo Boerma in 1980 and is specialized in Dutch Floral Design and on the practical side of things. Not long after it's foundation the school started to teach in English as well and on location around internationally.

Stop talking englisch it sounds horrific in combination with the Dutch words...!!
Thanks for watching!
It's spelled "English".
Have a great day!
@BoermaInstituutFlowerSchool iam so sorry you feel offended by my comments I didn't mean it that way!!! But to be honest for a famous Dutch school where you can learn the in and out of making stunning flower pieces it's sad....!! Do it all in Dutch or don't (if people want to translate it they can put translations on) but this sounds really horrific with Dutch /English and isn't good reclame for the stunning things you can learn at this school at all!!)
@@Arina-hy8oxnot offended at all, don't worry.
Actually, we teach all our international classes in English and English speaking students are about 50% of our students in our school. We also teach abroad, where English of course is the main language used.
Foreign people are actually not at all annoyed by our Dunglish, it is mostly just other Dutch people that are worried about how Dutch people sound like when speaking English.
Ant non-native speaker has an accent. Are you bothered by French, Spanish or Japanese speaking English with an accent?
Probably not right? The same goes for people of other nationalities, they are just happy that we can all communicate with each other and that they can learn floristry this way.
Wish you all the best!
