In this vid I review we ride into the Rattlesnake in Missoula, Montana looking for fish. Laura is shaking down her bikepacking setup and I'm testing out a crazy cargo trailer from Burley.

Yessss!! #bikefishing vids ALWAYS make my day!! Thanks for sharing these adventures!
Another great video. Nice tip for carrying rods. Nice trailer. That water at the bridge made me trout envious for sure
Very cool. I live in Victoria BC and ride bikes and flyfish, spey fishing when I can. Not often at the same time unfortunately. Our regular winter steelheading river is close to 70km away from my house. I have this crazy idea to catch a winter steelhead on the spey rod under my own power. It would require loading up my Big Dummy and committing to a few days' winter camping. The harder part will be catching the fish...
Russ loved it! Thanks for the fly rod tip, sweet!
I like that cargo trailer! Also, I think it's great to spend time in nature on a weekend no matter what activity you do. 😉
And this is exactly why I'm trying to get back to Missoula Missoula is such a forward-thinking community the university does with and for the POV, it's a remarkable place is Missoula
Yes
That is a great way to spend a Saturday 👍👍.
That trailer is awesome! I had no idea burley made the Coho, I've got their Nomad and the Travoy for grocery trips, both great trailers!
Big fan of the Travoy!
A really fun vid...and I'm really digging the tunes too. Keep up the great work @pathlesspedaled
You deserve much more subscribers! Love the videos, keep it supple !
Nice Ride!
Nice Fishing!
Nice lunch!
Nice Saturday!!!
Best Regards from Brasil!
Was going to to pick up an Ibex (mine was stolen some time ago), now I need to try and track down a Coho locally to see if it's really that much better
Great video! Awesome tips!
Beautiful!!
Fun content! Hope to see more like it.
Nice area there...
Nice cast! Didn't we talk about tenkara?
I want something much like this for carrying a dog, say a Labrador or Airedale terrier. Are the internal dimensions sufficient?
Alas, the rivers here in Tucson don't avail themselves to this kind of day. BTW, is that a Salsa El Mariachi I spied hauling your trailer? It looks like your forks are wrapped in something - I'm curious what's going on there. Thanks for a super fun video!
Yep. An El mar. Has electrical tape because I had previously hose clamped some Anything Cages on it.
Interested to hear if you've tried tenkara fly fishing. Seems like a great ultra compact way to bring a rod anywhere.
We have. We actually have a series of vids about it!
@@PathLessPedaledTV I must have missed those, I'll have another look.
Nice video. I show all the videos of you and Laura riding to my wife to pique her interest and it appears to be working. :) please keep up the good work.
Nice rod breakdown tip. Was that a Butterstick?
Yeah. Redington butterstick. I was fishing the 4wt and Laura had the 5wt. Great small creek rods!
Great video! Could you describe your flyfishing outfit? Thanks!
Can you make a bike fishing catch and cook camp video!?
Oh no! You are riding an mtb with a flat bar! :)
Yeah. Activated my carpal tunnel in my wrists after 2 hours :(
were can i buy the trailer. keep up the great work
I trust there is a full review of the Burley Coho XC coming soon?
Yes. Next week!
Awesome, thanks for the heads up. Great channel, keep up the vids.
looks like great tenkara water.....
Yeah perfect tenkara water. A lot of tree coverage, so went with a 4wt 7ft glass rod.
Thought trailers would catch on more than anyone actually has observed over multiple years
Can you use the flag holder with fishing pole?
If they still have the bicycle co op there they have ppl from say the pov come and volume and then they can build themselves a bicycle... have you thought about a story from there?

How is this trailer compare with ibex bob trailer?
Is this Coho XC Trailer attachable to any road bike? I ride a Vitus Zenith Carbon (French design, so metric measurements). Thank you to whoever knows.
It attaches via the axle so it should.
Lol I think the whole world knows that fly rod tip
Do you carry a spare tube for both the bike and the trailer?
Not on this trip. Just a patch kit.
This saddle... is it and old version of WTB Volt?
Yes
Butterstick!
Is the burley stable enough to ride with a dog in it?
Don't have a dog unfortunately.
Bike fishing?!
