if anyone wants to know how to get tracking blur for free, just go in re-effect, set it to half time and search up focus :) it just makes the edit even smoother

mhm! theres 1.1, 1.2, etc. you need to do 1.1 first, create it and then go back to multi layer and do 1.2 and do the same with all the other 1.s if that makes sense...
