I understand why some people have mixed feelings on Millie, but quite honestly I find her to be a very interesting character. Instead of wanting to get on Total Drama to win the money, her goal was to write a book based on interviews with the other competitors. While the end goal of highlighting why her generation was a complete failure through the other contestants’ interviews was definitely wrong, her concept as a character is extremely original and I love it. I can’t wait to see how her character is utilized next season now that she is not going to be writing that book anymore. Millie could start to develop a more positive outlook on society through her developing friendships, or maybe even strive to improve her performance in the challenges, becoming a surprisingly strong player.
I honestly disliked her way too much while watching the season for a first time, since early on she was very much a bad friend and awful to Priya, she didn’t care about the game at all and I didn’t like that because she didn’t even want to compete and she made it to the final 3, so a literal floater who only tried to stay in the game for literally 1 episode was in the finale as a contestant and that was truly upsetting after having a whole bunch of characters who actually cared for winning being eliminated, and even if now I can see the charm in her I feel like her character could have been taken way faster and we could have had a more interesting finale since def the only thing that I find very weak about this season is the finale, the semi finale is somehow 10 times more exciting than the actual finale which I should give the props to Millie but her plotline with Priya was so underutilized and they were meant to be the protagonists which bothered me, and now it has me fearing Millie and Priya are dead set as early boots, something about their story just bothers me because it feels incomplete, their whole argument is shown like Millie is upsetting Priya half the season but that leads to nothing and it all ends up being about the notebook and Bowie sabotaging them, but the problem is that this is done way too late in my opinion and then the apology and redemption feels so rushed and it looks rushed since it literally does happen in one episode. They could have made it work differently but now Millie doesn’t really have a plot for next season and after being a floater half the season and having a rushed plotline in the finale leaves her without the suspense a d question “will they be friends again next season and Millie become better?” Because it is already done. Even if she has grown on me I can still not make sense to her decisions during the season at all like eliminating Lauren, and the “unseen” confessionals where she straight up offends Priya.
I’m mixed on Millie as well! I don’t hate her. She’s pretty relatable but I don’t like what she did. Sure, she felt bad but still, what she wrote was unforgivable. Priya had every right to be angry at her. Though, she did overreact a bit.
she is a hypocrite, also a coward in the worst way and very selfish. At least Bowie and Julia accept they are awful but Millie doesn´t, i don´t like her.
Millie was judgmental about others, but she’s really just insecure about herself because she was always bullied and never had a real friend, until she met Priya, that’s why Millie is my favorite character
She was a leech and an hypocrite...yet she got away with it so easily by simply saying sorry once at the very end. She would be a perfect main villain if she were smarter.
Millie really doesn't know how to treat people and she just judges people for her own benefit. She is capable of being good but she seriously be to work on her social skills.
She felt like a combination of Stacy from revenge of the island and Ellody from ridonculous race all she did was just sit around saying a bunch of nerdy stuff and got carried by priya
Are we just ignoring the tension and high stakes that she brough to the end game?? Or the fact her friendship, fallout and apology with Priya was really well written and executed, while still being a relatable character? Are we also ignoring that she can interact with other characters like Julia, Ripper and Damien and still be funny??
@@pablomonasteriooif you thought that was well written and well executed then we might have watched different shows. The only thing thats well written and well executed was Heather being a villian in season 1, to someone we could actually root for in season 3. Idk whats relatable about always seeing the negative in others and actively writing shit about your supposed "friend" (and dont get me started with the "in the last page i wrote how much i hated writing mean things about my friend", like if you truly hated it, Your wouldnt have wrote in in the first place
Unpopular opinion but I ship Millie X Priya together not just as platonic friends, but also as a romantic and healthy lesby couple named Prillie as they look together, best female friendly lovers for life❤

Millie was great, but has some problems Also, 4:20 😳
I’m Sorry, I love Priya but I didn’t really like how she “Forced” Millie to train like I understand. But Priya should be more understanding and I don’t mind if Millie wrote bad about Priya being a little bit bossy especially this scene 5:12 IF I WAS MILLIE I WOULD OF SAT ON PRIYA. AND OMG THIS SCENE MAKES ME WANNA PUNCH MY PHONE 5:53 IF JULIA EVER TRIES MILLIE LIKE THAT AGAIN I’LL GO TO THE PRODUCERS AND MAKE THEM ANIMATED MILLIE JUMP KICKING HER!!!!!!🤬

I liked Millie, she went through some positive growth, learning to be more agile and not always assume that everyone will be mean to you 🩷🩷🩷
@@springheartedtigerAnd then she went and let that knowledge go to her head when she pushed her friend down an armoured waterslide.
