This video was EXTREMELY helpful for me, my husband just received orders to move here and I can't explain how relieved I am knowing the procedure!!
I was stationed there in the 81to 83 lived in macallan heights housing I enjoyed my time there. I was with the 3rd of 37th armor battalion.
When I arrived at Fort Riley in August of 1967 we were quartered at the Main post Barracks that were big stone buildings. A few weeks later we were assigned to the 67th signal Battalion in Camp Forsyth which at that time were all the yellow two story barracks just off Trooper Road . They were bringing a lot of us returning from Vietnam there. I got my discharge from there in Dec 1967. Hard to believe it has been over 50 years since I ETS from there.
Brian is so funny🤣
I pray I get station here once I get back in
If my husband is an e5 and it’s just him and me would we be able to get a 3 bedroom home in the Warner Peterson neighborhood?
