So there are many well off people. It will have its own economy. That could be even stunning to really high standards in some cases. For instance, there are villages, where people have grown out donate back, where it happens to be that, 1000s are given free food for life. Where it matters the most. So here in this video, they are giving it to a old age home, and not the village. Those are old people, who don't have the luxury of health and wellness care at home. Hence there are these non profit institutes that support them. They are doing their part by supporting them. This youtube channel frequents this place often. About the guy behind the camera.
