I would die if I had to kick my pan for that long in leathers. A friendly hint...the rider is only getting a 3/4 kick because he's standing on the side and he needs to put a lot more ass into it. Try straddling the bike so you can get more meat on the pedal and put your full weight on it hard. Show it who's boss. I saw a lot of throttle action too, may be flooding it out, and so many kick can drop the voltage for the spark...although every bike IS different. Nice ride though.
It's quite clear you don't know what your talking about. That's a 1948 panhead witch means it's 67 years old, show me your Japanese bike in 67 years and let's see how it runs. The problem is that he flooded the motor, the carb is a linkert m 74 b witch means it's a controlled gas leak.

55 kicks. If a Pan doesn't come to life in 5-6 kicks (including priming), you shouldn't own the bike.

puddle of gas on crankcase, has to idle it down with idle adjust , thinkin old cork float has swelled due to ethanol, did it to me
