Damn! I got rained on like crazy today (England) and only found parasitic boletes feasting on some dying puffballs. I am pleased because these are rare, but still would have wanted something for the bag
If it rained today then you may need to wait for 1-2 weeks until some more species start to grow, so I recommend to check regularily. Still great to hear about the parasitic boletes though :)
