Bro did the gtx material broke in or stretched after a few wear? Tried them in store and they felt stiff compared to regular 2002rs

I heard the 2002 goretex fit bigger compared to regular 2002, is that true?
Because normally I’m a 10.5 in 2002 but since I got wide feet..I go for a 11.

I find the fit the same except with the gortex it may take a few wears to break them in.
