Hey everybody,
The roller-coaster of weather continues, thankfully the recent #stormkathleen has passed, but the rain continues unabated today.
In this episode we do a tour of the tunnel, where all the nice colour was placed temporarily for protection from the high winds.
Plenty of bulb colour in flower and some lovely herbaceous plants ready to follow along after the bulbs finish, as well as those magnificent Acers and palms that will feature strongly in the courtyard once the weather calms somewhat.

You saved spring in the courtyard!! Very good remembering the name of the daffodils I certainly cannot. Maybe I should write it down but I usually scramble around planting bulbs in the cold to get it over with. Thank you for the update. Everything is so beautiful.

Ooooooo howling here! Oh how beautiful 😍😍😍😍😍 the metal flowers had me fooled! I potted up some Asiatic lilies yesterday. The maples are gorgeous.
I think if I kept daffodils in the pots I'd have to put them in the shed. Hard freeze would break clay pots wouldn't they? I don't like plastic pots😂 oh to have your temps!❤
Hi Molly, how are you doing? Yes agree, for all the difficulties our weather brings, our temperate climate means we don't get freezes like you do. Yep, I'd imagine clay pots would disintegrate with your temperatures. Maples are amazing aren't they 😁😁 All the best there, Hugh 🌿🌷🌷🌷🌱
@@HortiHugo at least the last of the snow is gone and it's raining here. We won't know about the eclipse since we've been in the dark for 4 years here 😂 cloud cover tho.
