Happy Pancake Day! Nutella banana smarties buttermilk pancakes

Today is pancake day here in the UK. You have to eat pancakes. So I thought I would share some with you. Take 6 buttermilk pancakes, melt some Nutella in the microwave to spread over the top then add your favourite toppings.

I just have traditional English pancakes, thin, big and smothered in lemon juice and sugar. That’s how we do it in South London anyway!
