Yes big brother, u r absolutely right, these dudes made a movie, they run through hell before became popular, and even now there is a big hate for them in Kazakhstan, because they are different. Only now when people all over the world recognise them, people started to support them, isn't that hipocricy in it's finest? I like how u explain deep thoughts in songs words, now I look at this track differently
Yea, It's a movie called "91". It's about the band Ninety One, how they started their path, writing of the first song, society reaction etc. Almost documentary. They've recreated the events that actually happened to them. Don't know if there are English subtitles for you to watch.

You understand them so well. I'm crying. I remember all this. What happened in Kazakhstan. I was also at the rally. I defended 91. I remember my parents shouting that they are a bad example. There were conservative adults in our country. Eeeh I grew up with 91. I am very glad that they appeared in my life and opened my eyes. They showed many disadvantages that were common to us. We were simply told a lot that we have no choice and we must, must be very locked up, that everything new is bad. With their help, I got to know the world. How other countries live. Freedom of choice and speech, what if we suffer this temporarily and we must fight for our choice. We should not close our hearts just because society has imposed on us that this is not usual.

В нашей стране были консервативные взрослые. Эээх я выросла вместе с 91. Я очень рада что они появились в моей жизни открыли глаза. Показали многие минусы которые нам козались обычными. Нам просто много говорили что у нас нет выбора и мы должны, обязаны быть очень запертыми, что все новое это плохо. С их помощью я познала мир. Как другие страны живут. Свобода выбора и слова, что если мы страдаем это временно и мы должны бороться за свой выбор. Мы не должны закрывать наше сердца, только потому что общество навязало нам что так не обычно.
lmao. i think i got it now. the problem i was having is in some of their MVs i saw...the camera would move too fast. or either they would be looking away from the camera. not to mention these brothers change their hair colors and styles in every video, so i would be looking to see who the camera was on at the moment and it would flash by super quick. but once i know these brothers they can change up as much as they want and i will be able to recognize them no matter what. thanks Maya as always girl! 💖👍🤓

Someone put it in a google drive that can be passed around our community. It's based on what really happened to them before debut and it's said to be like 95% reality (the 5% false being that they actually won some fights in real life). Let me know and I'll get you the link to the drive (it's saved to my other laptop so I would need to pull it out).
