There is a Chinese place here in Jersey that is low rated. Being that I was broke and our favorite place is very expensive and has no combos, we tried it. The place had $10 combos, and the first time, I rated it a 4. It was at a 2.4 at the time. The second time I ordered from them, I gave it a 5 star. It is somewhere over a 3 star now. Sometimes, you have to give these low rated places a chance.
Love all your videos. Not only informative but entertaining. You keep it real, that is something nowadays. Every video is like coming back to hang with a good friend and enjoy some grub. That's the way it should be 😊

Can pretty much tell you that shrimp was farmed from india or vietnam or something , got put on a truck from the west coast an the driver couldn't afford to keep the freezer on in the box , they got froze just before delivery an the ship that brought them to america probably decided it was cheaper to leave the freezers off to

But what you don’t know is the kitchen cleanliness and do they abide by food police rules. Hopefully to these places improve and the police inspect stuff.
The problem with Chinese restaurants is with the neighborhood they are located. You will eventually notice there are no stray dogs or cats around.... (LOL)
I have a question Daym: was the beef a “tender” chew or a “somewhat tough and sour” type of chew? I’ve been to Chinese restaurants that have the ladder and I’ve worked and been to ones that have a tender and flavorful chew. That’ll tell you a lot about the quality of the proteins etc.. I personally wouldn’t go back to the restaurant you went to because it sounds like you got the bad type of chew from the beef.
Chinese bad restaurants are really Sketchy your either a very brave man or someday a very dead man ..but here we go ..um AMEN. They use the cheapest cuts of beef . They use Baking Soda to break down the toughness. Then rinse it off before cooking ..wondering if the beef wasnt rinsed . Ive also seen them get WALMART FROZEN SHRIMP . SOOOO My 2 reasons why beef & shrimp sux . Over use of Oyster sauce can make a dish taste sour . Thank you for video ❤
Damn daym I was hoping you would never review this place , they season their food with cigarettes Butts and roach juice . Not to mention the place being infested with rats . I used to do pest control there so I know first hand. Clean your body out with lots of water after that meal 🙏🏽
This would be Chinatown express for me. I haven't been back in there since their fish tank was so full of algae you couldn't see through it. I thought, if they didn't take care of the fish tank, how do they treat the food.

I consider myself a chinese food connoisseur, and I can tell you this...NEVER order the "four seasons" or "happy family" (same thing), unless you've been there and know all of their proteins are good. Usually chicken is good, but it can go bad from there. If I go to a new place I get chicken dish with like pork fried rice, or beef and broccoli, maybe a shrimp or scallop dish. Some places just don't make them all good. Don't get a happy family until you know they make all the meat and fish right, otherwise you will waste you money.
