- Check out a sample workout from Natacha Oceane's Build Reload Program, a great alternative if you're familiar with weight lifting and want a structured program but can't pay for a personal trainer.
I wouldn't recommend this for beginners as it's really helpful to have someone help you correct your form and learn what weights to use so you don't injure yourself.
Hey! I have a lot of her programs. Love them! I blend in cycling and swimming for cardio, and some mobility. Love this!
I just started her Hybrid program and it's a game changer. I'm in love. Can't believe I didn't start it earlier

looking really strong Eva!💪🏼🫶🏼 i’m also doing build reload… but for the 2nd time😎😎 i also didn’t want to overwhelm myself so i’m doing 3-4 sessions a week and taking longer than 12 weeks - good luck!!!!
