TsjanterPanter no, on the contrary they nerfed every noob player, particularly in the early game when you don't have mats to counter it. Good players can now be more aggressive, as daequan said, because you don't risk being one tapped by a noob using a controller. Plus, good players adapt. We were at a point in which everyone used double shotgun, so everyone, good or bad, had a chance to one-combo you. Shotguns still have issues though: the pump is utter garbage rn, they should either buff it or remove it. Tac is way better at close range because it shoots 3 times for almost the same damage before the pump can shoot twice. Heavy is the best right now for the 2.5x headshot dmg, spread and rate of fire. Another issue is that the hits are still broken (look at the 7 dmg dae did to the guy) because of the netcode, but fixing that will be way harder than nerfing doublepump :/
