Just a time capsule that can be open at the future date this is taking place, inside the Time capsule should be a perfect example of a restricting harness like they have in military machines even seat belts like in cars they obviously have not invented this yet and it will prevent a lot of injury 😁

Ok so attacking a ship yard FULL of COMPLETED warships and you have an AI called Athena who can very easily deal with Zindi tech and computers… I hope Athena scrubs the ships clean of Zindi buried safeguards and override commands and passwords. The. Installs her own passwords and so on then programs them to head for earth at max speed as free presents and tech repositories on ship design, metal formulations for various ship parts, engine designs, weapon systems, command and control systems, targeting systems and all the ancillary stuff.
Then join two ships side by side and put 4 ships worth of engines, power cores and weapons on it, even more than that with point defence stuff. Along with that have the crew inside the huge beast within a small section right in the middle of it all in a tiny ship built for absolute speed and acceleration out the ass, low vis on scanners, a huge rear gun, massive rear shielding and armour, physically as small as possible with very low crossection.
Then if it goes to Hellhiem then you just detach the little beast from the behemoth and run like a motherfucker with the big one set to blow on a short timer or when the little one get just out of blast radius whatever is first.
Then use their own Zindi frankenship as a massive jump in and fire everything then jump out. No repair work or maintenance as that’s done at earth and it just leaves earth to attack and then return home. If a gun fails enroute then fight without it or abort.
Or just pinch their ships and return them as old school ‘fire ships’. Ships sent empty of crew on suicide runs to burn enemy fleets or coastal infrastructure. So just bomb these babies to the eyeballs and send them home… BOOM there she is.
No let’s see if they just shoot them or overload their stuff to blow them or if they ram the ships into the bays and blow them….
Ok… a preemptive strike on the Zindi? Nope not possible at all unless you have a Time Machine. The first strike was preformed all right, but by the Zindi with the murder of Stephen’s son. So the super soldier attack would be a retaliatory strike against the Zindi for their murder of Stephen’s son.
This actually means allot since it sets the story tone for who is the aggressor in the whole thing. A defending force can do far far far greater damage, killing and barbarity and still look all nice and shiny. While the aggressor who just does standard military actions in both defence and further attacks can and will always look dirty, slimy and just plain distasteful.

Sorry but this is a terrible story. As unrealistic as most of these are, this one takes unbelievability and takes a dump on it. There is always going to be aspects that are either hard or simply impossible to swallow, it's something that goes hand in hand with sc-fi. But the premise that a race of powerful aliens kills one child to send a message, is nonsensical. Especially when you compare it to how the super soldiers were treated as mere tools of other humans.
This sounded like every B rated movie and every pos book and I xant even get 5 minutes into it before I want to listen to almost anything elsr
