Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is a fighting game with action role-playing elements developed by Koei Tecmo's Team Ninja and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4. The game is a follow-up to Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy, released for the PlayStation Portable, and similarly allows players to battle one another using many characters from the Final Fantasy series. The game is a console port of the Japanese arcade title Dissidia Final Fantasy and was released worldwide in January 2018.
Calling all warriors. In partnership with Team Ninja, Square Enix presents Dissidia Final Fantasy NT as the next evolution in squad based brawlers. DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT is a fast-paced, strategic brawler where you can choose from over 20 iconic FINAL FANTASY characters and battle in a 3 versus 3 arena with your friends and other players online or by yourself. The most fun comes with teaming up with or fighting against your own friends. Call upon your squad and battle other teams!
-------------------GAMEPLAY FEATURES-------------------
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT places a focus on three-on-three combat, with players able to switch which character they actively control while the in-game AI controls the other two.
Characters are divided into four combat classes: power-based Vanguards, agility-based Assassins, range-based Marksmen, and unique trait-based Specialists.
Characters can perform Brave attacks, which increase the player's Bravery level based on the amount of damage done. If an opponent is attacked while their Bravery is at zero, a Bravery Break will be triggered, giving the player a substantial Bravery boost. Players can also perform HP attacks that will do direct damage to an opponent based on their current Bravery level. Using HP attacks will reset the player's Bravery back to zero, forcing then to perform more Brave attacks before they can directly attack their opponent again. Players are able to equip one HP attack and two EX Skills per character in battle.
Each character has its own HP meter, along with a Party HP meter, Stamina meter and Summon meter for the whole team. When a character is defeated, a segment will be removed from the Party HP meter; when the Party HP meter is depleted, the player loses.

Best villain in the series hands down! He did NOT deserve to just be a tool to be thrown away! Kuja had the same goals as anyone: to have worth and meaning to our finite lives. (Also, great delivery befitting his duality; exuberantly/theatrically/narcisisstically regal and sadistic.)

I feel like kuja needs a re dub but I guess that’s just me. But from the standpoint that him and zidane are brothers I guess his voice makes sense
I haven't anticipated his voice would be so deep and low either, however I think his voice actor is not quite the right fit for him in my opinion. I would expect him to have a demeanour more flamboyant and elegant. His speeches often give me the impression that he is as dignified as Sephiroth but he also seems even more of a nutcase than Sephiroth is. So the timbre does not bother me but I do not think his voice actor has studied his character very well. He sounded a lot more exclamatory than this in my head whilst I played FFIX.
@@creepingdante5295 naw, honestly it would have been the responsibility of the director and casting director to make sure the actors were prepared for these roles, and to also ya know...direct them in which way to throw their voices around. I like Kuja's voice, and no one was complaining about it in the other dissidia games so I'm not sure why here 🤷♂️

It's impossible, because the only FF characters that are included in KH are the ones that Nomura designed (Except Vivi, that Nomura didn't even want to include) and Kuja wasn't designed by him.

fr fr I always thought he sounded good like this is how i pictured him sounding in the classic FF9 lmao I think they just wanted another edge lord voice like Seph. but I love his voice here. I did also love the original Dissidia way as well he sounded more theatrical I love the change he did though for NT.
I've always imagined Kuja to definitely sound more posh, and I was admittedly... Meh on the voice direction for him, but honestly? Its grown on me.

In ff9, he was created as the perfect weapon by Garland to essentially overthrow the planet so it can merge with Garland's home planet... he's evil, narcissistic, and manipulative (and according to many, the strongest ff villain of any game) but when he finds out that he's mortal, he goes completely insane, kills Garland, goes into Trance, and nukes the planet twice. He's also Zidane's brother as he was also created as a weapon, which Zidane doesn't find out until late in the game.

If only you knew. He has the most effeminate voice in FF history. The reason is because Zidane represents a Muslim character with a Muslim name who counless people know are bound to get attacked by an English speaking character. There is a reason why Zidane and Kuja appears in 9. Zidane like myself is an artist who does theater. I was attacked to stop me from getting into my costume by an Englishman. so they can continue to portray us as **** heads while claiming superiority for having cross dressers .
