I love this TINY bag so MUCH! It's the BEST crossbody handbag EVER! I hope you ENJOY my first unboxing video. I had a lot of fun recording this one :)

Quynh Ho what tips would you give for getting this bag?
And how did you go about ordering this bag over the phone and getting it shipped? I’m not too familiar with this process
So I tried 3 things constantly:
1. Call the generic LV client service number and ask if/when they will get this bag & if someone can give you a call if they do get one (sadly a lot of them will say no :( but I did get someone to agree! By keep calling on different days! Lmao)
2. You can’t call the LV Store directly w.o getting redirected to Generic Client Service. So a loop hole is to call the mall that it’s in and ask to get transfer to an LV store rep :D Then ask if they have any in stock. I open up the LV location map and called every single store lmfao
3. Keep refreshing the website (so hard Bc it’s never available ☹️ but ppl said they have bought it from there before this year so it might pop up!)

Oh to answer your last question. I called the Las Vegas store and paid over the phone and they shipped it to me (free shipping). Any store in the US will ship to you within the US :)

I only thing I would say that I didn’t like is that the straps are none removable. I would like to carry it with just the top handle or add my own chain to it. Other than that I love it!
I had the same bag but it was from 2015 I believe. It started to get tiny cracks on the canvas right under zipper. It was a preloved item. I had to get rid of it because the cracking made me so sad😢 I sold it to fashionphile. I miss the bag so much and I’m currently saving up so I can buy it again but a newer one😭😭😭

I've been eyeing this bag for awhile and I can't really tell from the video but is the canvas firm? I want it to have its shape rather than being it soft and chang-ey with the items that go in it. (hope this makes sense haha)
The canvas is not structured if that makes sense. So it is soft if u squish it it will squish haha

I sold it on Poshmark! They take 20% fee though which sucks! But I bought it like 5+ years ago for cheaper and when I sold it I basically got back the money I paid for. Tradesy is also another site to resell luxury goods :) it’s around the same fee

Every time I try calling a store they always transfer me to customer service. Did anyone else have that issue?
Yes, that’s normal. You can’t get to the store associate directly unless you have their contact or the customer service found the item you are looking for..then they will transfer you
