You should look into chronic uti, it sounds a lot like what you’re experiencing it’s basically where you have long term recurrent bladder infections, they’re finding things that can help it!🥰

Definitely worth speaking to a doctor if you are getting them this often because it can cause other issues

I have issues with bladder and kidney - one thing I use is the ural powder, but I was having to see a special physio that dealt with womens issues. She used dry needling in the lower back and it worked really well. I was also told the ural with the cranberry isn’t ok for some people, cranberry makes things worse for instance if you have pudendal nerve issues which I had too and she got me through some really hard days. If you talk to your doctor and see if you have any of these Physio’s it may be of real help to you.

I think its so great you guys are getting to a place of being good friends again. I always remember thinking how much fun you guys have together and how much you make each other laugh and have similar humor and banter! I think you guys are good as close friends!! I think thats also gonna be great one day when you guys have family parties and gatherings and maybe family vacations too if you choose to do that down the road! being able to have fun as friends and even when you guys have future partners coming together for fun and family times is so nice for the kids to see and enjoy as well as you guys if thats what's in store for you both! my friends divorced parents were best friends and did that and loved it and their extended family's were still close and treated as one big family! I know you and Oscar have always liked having also some friend hangout nights with drinking every once in a while that might be fun to do again sometime to get that feeling of the good side of ur friendship and mutual friendships as well. the better ur friendship to each other the better it is for the kids and for ur co parenting relationship!
