Thank you for the well structured tutorial! I’m glad I found your channel. A couple of things that might help future viewers. The rear bracket above the taillight with the two bars going through it has been updated. The bracket in the video only has two screws holding it together but the more recent wheels have a third screw that is behind the fairing plates. I didn’t realize this until I got to that part of your video and it set me back a least 30 minutes. Also, installing the rear handle in the lower position should be done before the rear bumper is installed otherwise it’s another instance of needing to backtrack to install properly
Many thanks for making this video. It is very timely as my Grizzla upgrades are scheduled to arrive in a couple of days. The wheel looks great in that canary yellow colour! P.S. Perhaps it was not needed, but it looked to me like there was a channel in the rear bumper for the tail light cable.
There was, but it was designed based off pre-production where the tail light cable was routed on the outside of the cage. With the later batches, the cable is routed on the inside of the cage.
tbh, I didn't find it that bad. If you're an organized individual it's pretty straight forward. I was expecting hell when I did it. After completing it, I also wavered as to whether or not I should release the video.
Nice guide. Thanks! Constructive feedbadck: Sound levels are killing me. When I'm listening to the voice, music is too loud. When I adjust volume for the music, voice is too quiet.
Olá amigos no site fui comprar o combo é MK2 final, é o mesmo do qual você está instalando ? Porque na montagem no site as carenagem são diferentes do seu.
Hey, a couple people have asked this. 3mm: I use the Makita Screwdriver 4mm: I use the Makita / Ryobi 5mm: I use the Ryobi. Makita screwdriver only capable of 18 lbft of torque IDEAL. and the Ryobi is capable of only 120 lbft of torque IDEAL. When using the impact tools - I only allow it to do 2-3 clicks typically, or not even a click depending on the type of screw to avoid stripping.
Looks great but it's very unfortunate that the front bumpers don't flow into the top bumper. It breaks the form. Considering how the back is immaculate it's just a very odd design decision.
I can hear Skinny grunting in the background of each new clip :-D About those bottom protectors going under the battery packs, won't they scrape if you drive down stairs considering Hsiang could scrape his boxes without anything added there? How close to the ground are they if the springs are fully compressed?
What PSI are you running in your EX30 tires and suspension? I'm 250lbs w/o gear and don't want another pinch flat lol And please do a video on how to get the suspension tuned if possible thanks!
@@2cells1pack You may believe that but it’s a fact EUCs are way overpriced. Just look at Wrong Ways recent V13 teardown and ur own CP tear down and many other examples. I buy them too but I don’t fool myself believing I’m paying for a high quality product.
So sexy 😍 these kits are getting better and well worth it. I just got a s22 grizzla kit from eevees I love it. I didn't feel confident in the double sided 3m tape and went with industrial grade velcro, serves better for future maintenance. I like what they did with the front bumper and the metal rod, very tidy and well designed. What a great package from grizzla. Is this now your main ride? You prefer more than your master pro? Also should get yourself a little rubber mallet, you damaged the front bumper a bit with the wrench. I smack Karen with a gental surface 😂 great guide, alot of steps involved in this kit, I'm so jealous.
These kits are getting better. But IMO there's a fine line between added protection, and added complexity when it comes to maintenance. The double sided 3m tape that Grizzla uses is SUPER STRONG. Honestly, I don't really have a main ride. (I also didn't have a mallet handy, so just used what I had. I left the mallet at the workshop and didn't think it was worth driving back for a mallet)
Oh no you did not sed anything about back bracket in fist steps and now i need disasemble everything to get it off. Better i would wacth original setup video

Wow, the amount of details on the Grizzla fairings/parts is unbelievable.
Its a very detailed piece of kit. Very well done by the grizzla team
Great video yet again and somehow right on time EX30 arrives today and fairing kit on order! Keep up the great work and stay safe!
perfect timing !

oh! they changed the structure? interesting.

Thanks for this video. The system is stupid complicated to install. There is no way I would be able to do it right without your help.
No problem at all! I saw a need, so I filled it :) I'm glad it helped you.
Thank you, great video. My EX30 arrives this week. 😎
That’s exciting!!
I love the build quality on this fairing system. Looks way better than a Clark fairing bumper system.
It’s really well put together. Especially the planning for all the nuts and bolts. Unlike all the wood screws in the Clark system
Hopefully screw positions remains fixed for all future versions 😀.
Begode doesn't usually change screw positions much.
Thank you for the vid! Everyone was saying how hard this was to install but it doesnt look that bad at all.

@@2cells1pack I definitely appreciate you guys really seen this video. I’m gonna be using it 100% when I get my wheel next month.
I probably wouldn't be able to complete all of these installations, if it wasn't for this instructional video. Thank you!
Glad it's coming in handy.
Nice guide. Thanks!

Oh interesting, I'll keep trying to tailor that a little bit
Excellent video. Thumb up.
Thank you very much!
Can you do a tire change video with the grizla setup installed?
Sorry, but I don't have this wheel anymore. Maybe if it requires a tire change in the future I can make it into a video.
Awesome video guys! Thank you.
What is the added weight compared to stock bumpers/pads?
It’s around 10lbs
Seeing the front carry handle is quite low, Can you use the front fairing below the headlight as a hard braking handle?
I think it’s easy to just grab the full forehead. However in an emergency even that might be hard to grab

They might have updated it slightjly

I think they split it for easier assembly , printing, and shipping

We rode through a bunch of stairs and didn't have any issues. I'm pretty sure that's my heavy breathing that you hear haha
tutorial 100% hoping changing the tire would be too challenging.
It's not too bad.

I would recommend 35psi in the tire, and 300psi in the shock
Thank you!
For the price of these wheels, this is how they should come out of the box. It is a really nice setup tho.
I mean, they are different companies...
@@2cells1pack I know this. I meant it would b nice to get Grizzla quality from wheel manufacturers given they’re nearing motorcycle prices.
Sorry, but I disagree with this sentiment. It is a very good deal for the performance/battery size/etc that you're getting.

A large proponent of cost is the batteries itself.
sweeet
Can I buy your stickers m?
we haven't thought about that tbh. send us an email at 2cells1pack@gmail.com
