Her real name is Sameena Khan. She was born on October 27, 1971, in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. But she grew up in Multan. The wonderful girl received her early education from a leading Convent School of Multan. She learned the Holy Quran at an early age. She was good at extra-curricular activities since her childhood. She was also an athlete. She married a Pakistani-American cardiologist, S. Tariq Shahab in November 2011. In 2015, Reema Khan gave birth to her first child, Ali Shahab.
