It should be obvious for everyone with some brain cells, that 2 players in 1 lane =/= splitting exp in half. If that was the case, when bot lane reaches lvl 6, the midlaner would be lvl 12 at the moment (or even higher due to the fact, that minion waves have shorter road to go to mid than to the side lanes). Great video. Big shout out to that midlaner that came open-minded, took the jokes without being offended. I'm not sure people realize how minuscule this part of players (and people) he represents. And obviously, thank you for iOki. I'm a no name player stuck in bronze league and play from time to time to chill on lol for some years now. This last part of the video was so insightfull. I often focus on warding and providing opportunities as best as I can to my support but the explanation was so eye-opening for me. As I don't know what to look for, it gave me goals to look for in my modest progression.
Yep was playing bard, got 3 kills not side then roamed for grubs and chimes. Adc somehow managed to die twice while we were 3 kills up, then blames me for roaming
ioki you gotta try nauti, my build seems busted. You go aftershock, shield bash, second wind, revitalize nothing too fancy here. but also cheap shot and ingenious hunter. you rush for tabis and unending despair, take bloodsong, from there you slap some kaenic if they have some fed mages, if theyre weak just grab the mdef sunfire cape and then you build your supp items, maybe a frozen heart, finish it off with a sundered sky if you feel like it. Its so much fun. You basically hook them and solo kill with ignite or fight 1v3 long enough for your team to arrive.

As a senna main myself I totally understand the struggle i go through the same things you went through in this video all the time. Just let me help you..
Dunning-Kruger effect look it up. There are 2 graffics one if a group of competent people and the other is what I call general population, the one with the big belt curve.
Why'd you choose last stand over cutdown? And overgrowth over revitalize? And Triumph over PoM? I thought that stuff was locked in as best on her for those pages.
I took really bad runes this game, no excuses. I think I went with a premade page or something, but yeah all of those runes you named are NOT optimal for Senna.
As a support main, it's pretty easy to push without stealing creeps. Only rarely is it necessary to steal creeps, and you definitely indulge more than necessary because you feel you have to carry as the smurf, which is totally fine and I get that. It's not that hard to know where your place should be, but I do agree that carries are usually too stupid to understand when the support helping them shove mid for example is important and for their own good.
I mean i mostly agree, but if you are playing support you should not ksteal if you see that your adc or mid can easily get the kill since most of the time the gold is more valuable on the sololaners/hypercarries, a whole nother point is ksecuring where the person could potentially get away. Obviously all that doesnt really matter when a challenger smurf is playing in pisslow but they dont know you are gonna carry and most of the time support just doesnt do that hence shouldnt take the kills
now that's a rare case. I don't get on comms with randoms as a support but damn. You spilled some good knowledge on him and he was actually a nice guy, despite playing yone
@@Cp-yx4cii don't really care about your problem with this guy. I'm often not a fan of his actions neither. I was writing about a specific case of a rotate to help in a teamfight and crashing a wave, which was the reason for flame. I was not addressing anything other than that. Yes. I would advise you to chill :)
I tend to get a lot of bad adcs in low elo and they will run it down and then if I get kills I get blamed for their bad plays. I dare I steal their kills. I even pointed out to one guy how he couldn't even cs properly.
well support is usually the role new players first pick up, so they get generalized as someone to put blame too, but at the same time its also the role that also gets lots of praises too even if its just a heal to save someone
As a support it's so funny when I do a desperation roam and flip the losing game into a mega win but the whole time my team is kicking and screaming while I carry them through it all. I wish more people watched fundamentals tutorials instead of the tunnel vision on their exp gauge. Literally did this in my most recent match yesterday. I roam away from failed ADC to midlane. I go 5/0/13 as Yuumi..... secure drakes, tank towers down to 5% hp to save teammates multiple times on dives, pull their support mid due to pressure and kill her multiple times, pull their adc mid as well and double kill them and their support, cross map save our toplaner 1v3ing midlane with my redemption. It's scary how much I can accomplish if people simply let me go where I need to go. (also help me ward though cuz I'm Yuumi and never use teleport please)
As a Senna main myself, albeit at a drastically lower skill floor, it is unbearably common for me to experience negative attitude when I "Killsteal". I don't get ADCs, and I don't get junglers. That's about the entire story
I am so terrible at Senna. . . I just can't figure out how to play her like you do. I main Karma, Zyra, and Maokai. I'd love to pick up an AD support, I just suck at them.
"Pick something tanky pls, senna is useless."ye i get that a lot.I stopped playing support and switched to jungle and im actually doing fine.either khazix or amumu.
Awesome carry i0ki, definettly the kind of games were I wonder how tf rito makes match-making when they give me these kind of teams like 4/5 games, while the solo-que enemy team coordinate 4 and 5 man ganks bot, and my laners still somehow loose their respective lane while the junglers is fixed on full-clear. I think the reason for the players toxicity is because, 5v5 lol has a limited amount of fun, and players play for fun more then for wins, especially in lower-elos, and this is why arena is such a good game, everyone can have fun, even when they are loosing. They also tend to be humans between the age of 18-30 years, getting home after a not-so-fun life and work-style, maybe most of them are single, and above all, the match-making of rito just sucks so much. I feel like if they just make players play with random players rather then considering a useless MMR system they would make a better job. BTW I see toxic behavior for my 2nd role after support also, jungle, like it's my fault the top laner dies while I'm doing dragon and I ping him to be carefull of ganks because I see the enemy jungler top. These 2 roles must be the most flamed roles in the team, followed by ADC, mid and top.
I play all lanes and I most consistently see jungle derping their job the hardest. All of them are more concerned with JG exp than winning lanes or kill exp. Same jungles that never soak exp in lane.
@@BudgetNugsbro u are trolling with that statement. speaking as a jungle main with years of experience, they rly rly hard nerf exp gains from getting kills and we are seriously forced to farm a lot in season 14. same concept as this video, laners expect us to be everywhere but yet complain when we are behind, underlevelled and underfed. I started climbing when i played selfish hyper carry junglers instead of utility junglers for the team in the current season to diamond
everyone understands xp splitting grants slightly more total xp to the team but what supp players dont understand is that more gold and xp on one fed team member is way more valuable than splitting it with useless players even if it grants slightly more to the team. if you're playing mid correctly you wanna keep split xp to a minimum
A few reasons 1) Senna's ult has travel time so shooting it from base it can be quite hard + easily dodgeable to land that ult 2) I was trying to calculate damage to see if it would even kill her 3) I was trying to decide if it was even worth it, maybe MF gets the kill on her own 4) I was probably feeling a slight pettiness towards MF who was flaming all game and making a terrible play
@@i0kiVids 1) Oooh, I need to look again, I didn't realize her ult had an appreciable yee-haw-limiting travel time. 2) I don't think it would have been enough damage, but I think between the damage and the shield on MF, it would have definitely been a 1-for-1. 3) I didn't even consider that. 4) I thought as much, but mad respect for being introspective and honest about it. 5) @mau9979 is probably right, if you HAD gotten the kill, MF may have lost her last brain cell.
I don't think they necessarily hate supports, it's more of an ego boost, something like "I am the Top, mid, whatever, I am more important than you even if you have a big bounty, because unless you are able to kill or CC them for 5s you aren't as needed". I am not the first person to flash in front of an ally to protect them unless they are decently strong but people need to stop thinking that support are playing "for you", unless you're Yuumi you are most likely playing for the team and the game, not to kill the fed target
im no where near as good as you, but yesterday i got yelled at for not defending base from a fed darius and a seperate point in game, a fed shyvana, while i got shit on as velkoz and cant really wave clear lol

High ELO soloQ is really draining and typically lower quality games than norms. I think my other accomplishments (such as winning tournamnets) speaks to my ability as a player better.
If you’re gonna play senna the best build for any adc and her . Is one I made that’s all around perfect . Bork, hydra , hurricane , wits and finish off with jak sho , speed boots and elixir of hp. I always thought the xp split was around 65/35 in favor of who executes the minion. No one should be mad about a few minions worth of xp getting split, especially since your support probably needs that xp badly. It’s a team oriented game that people play like a solo battle royale.
i main Yone and always thank my jg or sup for helping me push, ESP if the jg is still alive and I'm low. I don't care about "splitting" a wave and plates, I'd rather do that than die and loose the entire wave. (also that Yone in your first game's build was AWEFUL, he prob went bork first to kite the Cait, but if he went Kraken first he would 100-0 her in a single combo, no need to kite a corpse, plus kraken has a way better build-path than bork. If he was laning against Irelia, yea bork first is actually necessary, but he wasnt against Irelia...needless to say, he had the IQ of a hazelnut and I'm sorry you had to deal with him, but know I would treat you like the great support you are, keep it up👍)

This makes the role so unenjoyable but it is part of the life unfortunately. I think the main issue when supporting and you get the last hit, is all of your 'carries' freaking out, even if they would die without the SUPPORT.
I have a new strategy I am implementing for a while, where when people want to tell me how to play the game, I remember they are the greatest of all time and they are true winners who can 1v9 and they don't need me so I just leave the game and let them think about their awesomeness now. We need a support revolt. It is time for people to start being punished for their ignorance.

I've started saying sorry every single time I secure a kill.
Go carry support, do a penta and say sorry.
I went 7-0-2 as Morgana support. The MF flamed cause she was missing last hits or dying while I got 2v1s and kills
Lol ive just stared league not long ago and im already using my ultimate technique i used in dota. Mute every game. Dont talk, dont listen. Every call you make just pray. Every call you think your team is doing just based on your pure game sense. Im legit that shit helped me alot in dota. Hopefully itll help me in league when i get accustomed to the game
@@aceofspade2120i was pantheon sup, was 1v2 because my adc dont wanna fight. Got the kills and he said im griefing because i didnt let him get the kills 😂 i love playing sp but i hate playing with teammates. Idk how to strike the balance in league yet ngl
literally me
It should be obvious for everyone with some brain cells, that 2 players in 1 lane =/= splitting exp in half. If that was the case, when bot lane reaches lvl 6, the midlaner would be lvl 12 at the moment (or even higher due to the fact, that minion waves have shorter road to go to mid than to the side lanes). Such scenario literally NEVER happens!
21:00 Brand being at Baron would've made you so about to take it early enough
17:00 Yone leaves you alone to go die and the angry teammates blame you for being 1v3d... "this senna"
my default setting is to treat adcs as nothing more than my attack dogs until they prove themselves to have more than room temp IQ
Thanks for showing this, the entitlement on most lol players who don't play support is insane, bad parenting
I actually got out of 2 seasons hard stuck G4 to E4 by playing on mute all and dropped back to G4 by unmutting
Appreciate you taking the time to teach! To many times I see streamers just flame. Nothing ruins the viewer experience atleast for me personally more than matching flame with flame. Keep doing you and I'll keep watching and throwing those 👍!
I0ki, you ain't a demon on senna... you're the whole damn pandemonium
20:00 MF delays herself making a straight path to you whole you make a direct path to take cait ult.
Upon second inspection SHE STARTS GOING DOWN THE PATH INSTEAD AT THE LAST SECOND SO YOU CAN'T TAKE CAIT ULT FOR HER
This is why I love you man. You're an angel.
idk about angel man hahahaha, but much love!
The delusional salt of your team this match is beyond ridiculous. Love your Senna matches as always and I especially needed to see a GSA pop off on my favorite champ because my day had been extremely shitty when you picked her. I know I don’t need to say it but I’d like to anyway - keep up the awesomeness.
For anyone that mainly plays Jungle and Support...
I am so sorry.
Edit: Also, before 17:09, he was the only one that hasn't fed the enemy.
if you look abck at it, his team left him to die there. they all backed off while he was trying to work with them to pressure mid tower.
thats the only reason he got caught out, if i was that fed there, id go south to keep as few enemeis on me as possible but his mind knew there was a team there, his own team there. he expected a winning fight because his teams there, he didnt expect them to jsut back off and leave him.
Such an amazing video...I truly admire your resilience, I don't know how u didnt mute them...I cant handle the support job, Im new and it is so difficult to learn in such a highly toxic env.
As always love your content!
Best example that to win u have to mental gap ur own team, and not succumb to their toxicity.
Tank Senna worked really well for me playing ADC into Jinx/Alistair
When people start pinging or flaming me for no reason I always say in chat "seems like X don't know how to use their ping/chat, I'll just mute it to help them focus on the game"
I had second-hand tilt watching those teammates, but the ending was just so wonderful. What a positive outcome
The mf ults looked like Harry in dumb and dumber.
That fucking redemption arc at the end. ❤
ioki you gotta try nauti, my build seems busted.
Could’ve done with this session with the miss fortune lol but I think it would’ve been a lot longer
Dude it's mind boggling how much people can trigger you and heavily impact your mood, despite all the years you've been playing, also considering it's your job.
Imagine being this triggered while casually working through your day. A nightmare. Nonetheless you're right, but man, just click mute for your mental health.
As a senna main myself I totally understand the struggle i go through the same things you went through in this video all the time. Just let me help you..
I agree with the shared gold thing except for those times rengar flash ults for the KS. Pretty sure that's a net loss.
How did yone know that this is the stream of the senna in his team?
Did ioki send the channel name or somthing?
@@Cp-yx4ci thank you
Dunning-Kruger effect look it up. There are 2 graffics one if a group of competent people and the other is what I call general population, the one with the big belt curve.
Why do you never get essense reaver? As senna gets lifesteal after 100% crit it increases your sustain and spell spamming
Why'd you choose last stand over cutdown? And overgrowth over revitalize? And Triumph over PoM? I thought that stuff was locked in as best on her for those pages.
I took really bad runes this game, no excuses. I think I went with a premade page or something, but yeah all of those runes you named are NOT optimal for Senna.
the eclipse item path hit mee hard, every time i buy the worng item, that sucks
great video man, this whole video hit the nail on the head with different viewpoints on the game
also
"if more ppl were like him NA would win worl- "
Nah, no one hates you.
We love supp.❤
Hilarious video I love watching these senna gameplays as an aspiring senna main myself
As a support main I am thankful you posted this!
now that's a rare case. I don't get on comms with randoms as a support but damn. You spilled some good knowledge on him and he was actually a nice guy, despite playing yone
@@Cp-yx4ci this rotate did not ruin yone's lane at all
@@Cp-yx4ciI know about the claims. I was just stating about this particular case. This yone's lane wasn't ruined by that roam
@@Cp-yx4cinah. I can't see how this rotate was a ruin. That's it mate. Chill.

Great chill coaching. Truly the greatest support alive
I am so terrible at Senna. . . I just can't figure out how to play her like you do. I main Karma, Zyra, and Maokai. I'd love to pick up an AD support, I just suck at them.
apologize for making a mistake and also promise to do better bro its like not that hard to be perfect
what?
Playing support is the equivalent of babysitting 4 children that are throwing a tantrum at anything you do & everything is your fault 💀
Hey man could try the new mini rework galio full tank & full ap in sup
This is why I only play sp when I have a friend in my party as an adc
Why didn't you ult at 13:35? I don't get it.
I assure you.. if he ulted, saved the mf and gotten the kill. The MF would just spam ping him
@@mau9979 Oh, MF was toast either way. I was just pretty sure that between the damage and the shield for MF, it would have been a 1-for-1.
@@i0kiVids
1) Oooh, I need to look again, I didn't realize her ult had an appreciable yee-haw-limiting travel time.
All supports can do is make them shine but if they suck and don't even try it's on them.
Guarantee yone ranks up with the advice since he does seem willing to learn.
Excellent content. I'm usually not a fan of smurfing vids, but this is gold (the quality, not the elo) !
Would love to see more of this !
More to come!
@@Cp-yx4ci Not sure how this is gaslighting, what I told him was all very fundamentally solid but I would be happy to hear your take on the gameplay!
@@Cp-yx4ci I am always pretty open-minded to hearing other perspectives on the game, believe it or not. I frequently admit when I was wrong, or criticize even my own plays that go well. Always looking for little pockets of improvement. As for ending Grandmaster, yeah I just don't really care to grind ranked all that much. High ELO soloQ is really draining and typically lower quality games than norms. I think my other accomplishments (such as winning tournamnets) speaks to my ability as a player better.
@@Cp-yx4ci Ok man let's just agree to disagree and move on then
Jungle is always the most flamed role, but support does get gapped hard in every game normally
Why do you have Triumph, Last Stand and Overgrowth?
bad runes i think i took the automatically made one for this game
If you’re gonna play senna the best build for any adc and her . Is one I made that’s all around perfect . Bork, hydra , hurricane , wits and finish off with jak sho , speed boots and elixir of hp. Lethal tempo , presence , alacrity , last stand . Conditioning and overgrowth . Atk Spd, hp scale x2 also my Leona is the best lol
what kind of ultimate bravery build is this
7:10 you don't understand, that 14 gold out of 3500 is going to matter so much!!!
I'm a jungler and i guess support gets flame but not nearly as the jungler
as a sup main i feel like this is our safe space to vent lmao
The collecter vs oppertu ?
"Route Number A...." -he said, when he subtracted from his humongous brain, in all his honesty, in order to adequately address to the peasant brained Yone-
props to the yone for accepting the call fr
yep he has an improvement mindset, extremely rare and admirable!!
@@Cp-yx4ci Yeah totally understand your perspective. I do play in a high-agency carry playstyle (as seen in my champ picks like Pyke + Senna) but I also practice good fundamentals and try to preach them. The way I play in soloQ videos is also very different from the more team-based approach in competitive play, if you want to see be less greedy check out those videos! Much love man.
@@Cp-yx4ci Yeah I did a Jungle climb too, it was super fun check that content out if you're interested, was super fun! My favorite was BRIAR
If he was laning against Irelia, yea bork first is actually necessary, but he wasnt against Irelia...needless to say, he had the IQ of a hazelnut and I'm sorry you had to deal with him, but know I would treat you like the great support you are, keep it up👍)
Pride. As simple as that of why people aren't good at taking constructive criticism; if they take advice, that makes them lesser than the advice giver. Good on this dude though on the changed perspective and willingness to learn.
This makes the role so unenjoyable but it is part of the life unfortunately. I think the main issue when supporting and you get the last hit, is all of your 'carries' freaking out, even if they would die without the SUPPORT.
can i have please your mechanics 😊 its very satisfying to see what you can do with Senna on this Patch. For me, on Low Elo player Senna feels so bad 😔
keep practicing, watch my movements, listen to what i say and explanations for why i do certain things. you got this, go get better!
As someone who plays support like probs 95% of the time, it’s annoying when ppl flame you for doing ya job. Or in cases where you couldn’t of done anything cause ya adc decided "yeah I’ll tower dive that nautalis! Oh no I’ve been cc’d to death SUPPORT BAD EHY DIDNT YOU TAKE RHE TOWER"
like oh yea it’s my fault YOU chose to do a bad play and got messed up from it yeah yeah my fault
12:45 Mf flashes forward and ults, and expects your binding to actually hit and land instantly? Sivir legit jsut walked out because of the angle
mt jaw dropped after her next big play... brand gets himself killed for greeding in the jungle and mf just... runs around with no health or mana and dies trying to fight sivir in an unwarded deep side...
