I first heard this on an ipod knock-off my mom bought me when I went away to college. It came with this song pre-installed along with some jack johnson deepcut. The song intrigued me instantly and I really liked it. That same year I worked at an old grungy t-shirt shop to save money for books and my coworker played the same mixtape everyday that had this song on it plus it exposed me to other interesting stuff like Le Tigre. That time in my life I learned so much more about music and hearing this now brings me back!

It was a shitty channel, fair enough and Ideal was the only good show on it. "and long before Portlandia which the singer is the co star of" I also know that the singer was from that shitty poser "Grunge" band 'Heavens to Betsy' in the early 90s, I already have three of their songs in my 'Music so bad it's good' playlist. At least her singing is tolerable in this song unlike the abysmal, pre-menstrual whining in HTB's songs. The only reason why I'm here is because of the show, Ideal. At least my root sources were a good one unlike the SJW Tumblr retards who think 'Riot grrrl' is "Teh best fing eva lets shamsh teh pastryarchy!!! OMG LEL!"
