They just cut down a tree at my place thinking that was how the raccoon was getting in, but it's still up there, so the maintenance guys are wondering if they "trapped" it in our attic. But there's a downspout right next to the hole where the soffit vents are ripped out. I'm thinking the raccoon can just shimmy on the downspout whenever it wants, but the maintenance dudes are skeptical. Thanks for this.
