Binged this last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. I like that the UK keeps series short. All story, no filler. They should film season 2 and 3 back to back, then take a break for whatever comes next. And I hope they don't drag it out until it becomes silly, like American shows. Begin with the end in mind.
