Just a dirt pusher. Final trim and and a water binder and there cutting to tolerances is a gun operated I should know my old man was one. No Lazer bullshit he needed
*SKILLED!? Are you kidding me!? This is a What Not to do video. Blade speed is Twice what should be (he’s BOUNCING!) , putting the windrow back into the previous cut, making passes on top of passes with NO SIGHNS of ANYONE OR ANYTHING checking grade (WHERE ARE THE GRADE STAKES!?) and the list goes on…*
15 seconds into the video I can tell you that this is NOT a skilled operator. At best he is just a "driver". Watch the machine bounce. He is traveling too fast. Improper machine placement, improper circle and moldboard position, no wheel lean. Pushing a large windrow, he should have had some articulation.
@@alanlambert-bz4to Then why didn't this "teacher" tell him to slow down? Plus all the other things he was doing that needed attention. Believe me, I know that there are no two operators that do things all the same way, but there are things that ARE standard techniques. Those are all things that his teacher should have been addressing. You could read some of the other comments, and they were saying basically the same as I was. Some were nicer than I was in their critique, some weren't. I mean if your video is going to say "Amazing operating techniques, skilled operator", you should have had the "teacher" operating.
Yeah that is just some dude that learned what lever did what and jumped out there lol and the guys on the rollers are hilarious 😂 they have no clue WTH they are doing 🤣 😆. Looks like an amusement park but the rides are equipment instead of carnival rides 🤣
A skilled grader operator makes sure the mole board is rolled back all the way, the machine stays intimate with the surface and there’s always material rolling off the end of the blade. This guy is a rookie at best.
A good blade man never lets tailings roll off the leading edge of his blade…maybe if you are bulking and hitting piles but never when you’re finishing…this guy is doing good for just learning but he’s not an experienced finisher by any means!..these are the things you must go through as you learn…I was there too when I first started!..
I'm shocked the ground isn't pumping. It's been rolled far too much. This must be a testing ground for a local trade school. And today is the "introductory demonstration". Burning all that diesel adn not once pulled any string. Where are the grade stakes or GPS antennae?
What’s so extraordinary skilled about this?
Exactly, ground speed to high and machine was bouncing, wheels were not leaning towards the discharge side, skilled my ass!!!

I’ve run graders 20 years and this is laughable 😂
I just started doing dirt 3 months ago and this is funny😂
@@darea4559I haven't even touched a grader and I know he's fuckin it up
Trying to wear out the dirt?
The new graders are pretty quiet. I miss the loud roar of the older caterpillars.

I'm not a grader operator but I have watched plenty of them over the last 30 years and this guy is rough.
"Motor Greder"? That says it all about this video.

Yeah lol this looks like a beginner really, it’s not even on a slope either so no risk in using articulation / wheel lean

esse emilho não deixa ninguem concluir seus pensamentos , mucha a oreia e fica calado emilho
The only “amazing” thing about this is how much that poor grader is bouncing.
