If your favorite color is white or black, you give that as your skin color, if your favorite color is anything else, you can use that aswell (basically, make the skin color your favorite color, I think is what they mean)
Green eyes = 2 eyes
Blue eyes = 1 eye
Brown (or other colors) = button eyes
Pet dog/cat = a mouth on the stomach
Pet reptile/fish = a normal mouth
Other pets, or no pets = no mouth
0-1 siblings, make it a clown
2-3 siblings, give multiple eyes (if you have blue eyes, but also 2-3 siblings, them make it a cyclone with eyes around the body)
4+ siblings, give scars
If you like horror movies, give floating limbs
If you like dramatic movies (I'm guessing dramas) give them bat wings
If you like cartoons, give them claws
If you wear pastels, have the character wear that, if you wear a combination of dark and bright clothes, you get neon colors, if you wear dark colors your oc gets a suit
Then the rest is up to you
(I changed a few things to take account for what wasn't included, like other types of pets and such, and I might have understood some things wrong, but I hope this helps)

AHHH IK I was trying to do this, but I got so confused
i think they basically mean that if you have blue eyes then you get only one eye one the head, then if you have 2-3 siblings then you get eyes on the rest of your body

I say you get one central eye that has like 20/20 vision and then a lot of secondary eyes that are close to blind.

I made a weirdcore Juliet, Romeo, Benvolio and Tybalt. Though I prefer the term "surrealist," I suppose it's the same thing. I'm trying to make the rest of the characters. I played Benvolio at Motor City Youth Theatre and got hooked on the story.

Perhaps for hazel or any other eye color do like the spiral puples? Or perhaps eye in eye. Or sewed over eyes (like button but without button)? Or do whatever you'd like cause this is your oc and your art is wonderful!
