Import contour from Global Mapper to Civil 3D

Followed the procedure on your video, got it all except when creating surface profile, all grids, text and others showing but the alignment not showing in the profile graph. Please help me to solve this problem, already moving around for a week just to point out the problem but got no solution yet.

which Daylight subassembly did you use which cut the surface to the level of the Road?

I imported the point file but it doesnt show the BM symbol afterwards. I pressed the zoom extent yet I'm not seeing a BM symbol but a red X mark.
