I’m about to buy a live 2 first cause I have an mpcx and I’m going portable now with the mk2 , live 2 and the Akai mk3 keyboard with the speaker on it. Omgoddddddddd.

I guess one cant really DJ if there is no option to start from a certain point from the track. Is this possible? At first I thought thats what cue is for, but in your video you say its for prelistening
CUE is for pre-listening, as you would find on any DJ mixer. You can change the start point of each pad’s sample, but that is not dynamically done while in DJ MODE.

Unfortunately not, our current ETA is February 2022. But we still encourage customers to get their orders in soon so that they can get them as soon as our shipment arrives.
You can load/replace any sample pad into either of the 2 channels at any time in DJ Mode. The current sample on that channel will of course stop playing, so just make sure you have transitioned fully to the other channel before replacing.

@def creator because some samples require more than 16 chops and since it's an option on the mpc, ni maschine, octatrack etc why not have the capability? So in short I guess I'm just asking why not
@@williestyles15 While chopping a single sample, the maximum number of “chops” (referred to as MARKs) is 16.
