Hi. We are looking at this floorplan as well. Without the tandem garage, do you have enough room to fit two cars comfortably in the garage?
Hi, sorry- I never saw this. We actually have too much stuff in there to find out. Driveway & garage feels pretty tight though. But I do have an SUV.
Hi, thanks for the video, I've been eyeing this model. Do you recall approximately how much the first floor guest bedroom/bathroom, and the master bathtub upgrades were? The master bathtub is a non-negotiable for me. LOL
Those were the 2 non-negotiables for me as well. Lol… The bedroom/bath was $7700 & master Bath tub was $3500 for us.
