What is it about big common's and full moon's? Ive had first hand experience of catching my biggest common under a full moon, and my mate Rob from Korda had a brace of 2 commons, 1 at 39lb and the other was 44lb, from a little Essex club lake. Soon as the "super moon" rose above the tree's we both said at exactly the same time "That moon's got big commons written all over it!!" and it did. The two biggest commons in the lake that hadn't been out since the spring, both got caught under that big moon in the autumn. There must be something to it. Not just a coincidence. Any idea why this would be?
