So, he wants their money so he can hire someone to run his business so he can go fishing? It's a brilliant idea, but I don't expect anyone to invest in it.
If he isn't out fishing and catching nobody would buy his bait, carp fishing in the UK much is on the bank, and in the community. Word of mouth, why would I buy a bait if the owner doesn't even use it.

I wont get started on the facts about fish and their concious ability to feel pain or certain cognitive abilities in regards to sensory perception, its all online for you to read and educate yourself on. You should try fishing it may help you to get a righteous and level headed view on my hobby, and allow you to rid yourself of narrowminded misdirected hate and anger that you have in you.
@bitterman co While it is a little barbaric getting fun hunting animals, its also odd seen someone using the term "mammals" and then missing the part where: NO FISHES FEEL NO PAIN, they literally dont have the neurology required to fullfill the concept of pain, they feel as much "pain" as a plant would (in the sense they realize there is damage done to the sistem that is the body) brain spine and nervous systems are not the only requirements to have consciousness of pain
Compare it to a top class tennis player. The big money is in the endorsements but thats because of results on court. no results no endorsement. The tennis player doesnt get someone else to play so he can get more endorsements. In fishing , the endorsement would come in the form of sales of the bait because of who is using it and the results they get.

What is likely true is that fish do not experience pain in the same way we do (we don't really have evidence that mammals do experience pain in the same way we do, nor that you experience it in the same way I do, but it is certainly the case that fish sensation is likely very alien to us). There is still some debate in the scientific literature over whether fish feel pain, but the weight of evidence right now is towards the conclusion that fish do indeed experience conscious pain.
Being that I am no vegetarian and only try to limit my intake of meats due to climate change / environmental concerns - I'm not trying to discuss the morality of hunting or eating fish (though catch and release [beyond releasing of juveniles] has never really sat well with me)
Little do they know that the Bait company they had next to no hope in is now one of the biggest Bait companies in Europe 😂

Not to mention catch and release fishing has been shown to have a terrible mortality rate for fish. It’s not sustainable in the slightest and does permanent harm to the fish. But out of sight, out of mind. You wouldn’t go jamming a hook into the mouth of a mammal and pulling it in for ‘fun’ but people think it’s okay to do it to fish
Glad the guy took it well, he’s got a good product and seems down to earth, which is rare in the den.

I've watched loads of Dragons Den videos...and not once have I heard Toukar mention office space
I've heard it come up in a few episodes. Maybe two where he mentions it himself, and one where another Dragon brings it up as a joke. I've even found a few where Jenny doesn't say she's out. Keep watching, dude!
Of the 10 first clips I saw of dragon den on UA-cam I think touker mentioned it in mabye 8. But that was a long time ago

Let me tell you my tale of tears when I went fishing, it was the first and last time, I was 11 years old and myself and my uncle with his friends fishing in a reserve/park, it was coming to the end of the day, and suddenly I see my bobble go underwater, I felt the pull and got really excited, this was it! I reeled in the fish, I was full of excitement and joy in my heart until....the fish wouldn't let go of the hook and....well my uncle's solution...smash the little fishie on a rock repeadetly, I was quite on the trip back home. i AM 35 yeas old and still haunts me whenever someone mentions going fishing

It's literally one of the main rules NOT to do in Management. Micromanaging has proof spanning decades that it actually depletes employee productivity. For the exact reasons you said.
