Hi, to be honest I don't usually need to fix the motors on these, I get so many thats better just to save the parts as parts are not easy to get. But personally if it was my own I would take the motor apart, I do have a video on here taking a Miele motor apart, I would also get sl.e WD40 and spray the ends as that could easily be the noise, and just check the brushes but they wouldn't normally cause the noise, then just a blow out to clear it best as possible, regards
