Just when I think you are there’s nothing else you can come up with you come up with something brand new right out of the box that no one has ever thought of before! But I am not surprised I guess I am not surprised that you can draw very well also! I am in love LOVE with Willy! You should copyright that little image he is adorable! You must’ve been reading my mind for about three months I have considered adding an oceanic theme to my Stamp collection because I don’t have anything now and he is so cute he’d be perfect to start that out . @@GerrysCraftRoom I don’t know why it’s been doing this, but when you replied it’s over to the right of my screen my phone and I can’t see the complete words at the end of your sentences. I looked at someone else’s reply and it was fine. But no worries. I’m getting a replacement. It’s new and nothing but problems. So maybe just this phone. But I thought I’d mention it just in case anyone else had this problem. Btw…. A little butterfly whispered in my ear that you should watch your mail in about a week I would guess. 🐥

A cheaper way to set printer ink is to use hairspray. I have used water colour paints and markers over it without bleeding. By the way I love Wonky Willy and can't wait to see your card.

I mostly use the distress glaze, over my envelopes, to keep the stamping or inking intact.

I love distress micro glaze. I can finally post my holiday card without worrying whether the rain will smudge the address so it can't be read as I print all my labels/envelopes during the holidays. (Too many to handwrite.) I can't tell you how happy I was when Tim first demoed this product. Of course, I use it for other techniques but the peace of mind knowing I can mail my cards without worrying about the weather is priceless. Wonky Willie is really cute!

Try heat setting the distress glaze. If I remember correctly from Tim Holz's video,tou should be able to color over it after you do this.

My computer and phone. Usually I get on phone then send to my email. Then I print from computer. But nothing is working this time. So strange.

Hi. That is so impressive, the whole thing from start to finish. Thank you for doing this amazing video. I usually resort to the old hair spray trick and keep my fingers crossed, sometimes it works and doesn't. I'll be looking into getting some of the micro glaze stuff though.

Thanks so much for sharing Wonky Willie! I always have trouble when I attempt to blend colours on the background of an already stamped panel. I'm going to try covering the edges of my image with a bit of glaze to see if that will help! Your many tips, hacks and ideas are so helpful Gerry! Thanks again!
you're welcome💖 That's a great idea, you could stamp the image on a sticky note or similar and then add the outline around the image and glaze the coloured image OR if you don't mind fussy cutting, stamp the image on the background if it has those fine detail sticking outside that can't be cut and then stamp, colour and fussy cut the image and adhere it on top.
Great alternate use of alcohol ink too as I have lots but not sure what else to use them for. I wonder if it’s possible to print on Yupo paper in an inkjet printer? I have Distress Micro Glaze (use it for finishing off bookmarks mostly).
cool you can put them to use then💕 You may like to check out this video: ua-cam.com/video/hMOrGFimsC0/v-deo.html (also great to re-use wet wipes) and this ua-cam.com/video/B0qC2f5yqt4/v-deo.html you don't need much more than alcohol ink😉 I believe there is Yupo suited for printers but not ones that I tried.

you're welcome💖 Yes, you don't need to fixate laser printed images if I am correct, the resist paste is for inkjet so the ink doesn't bleed. Make sure to test a small part so you know for sure😉

This works with cheep Vaseline too but you can’t stick anything to it.
vaseline is similar but nor quite the same, a bit more greasy too...
