4.00 pm is just about too early for me in New Zealand, too.
I find playing bridge quite stressful, mainly 'cos I hate letting partner down - get terrible headaches. should I take up macrame?
@@tinahiggins2965 nah, you’re ok. The tension means you care. Somehow you just have to reframe it in your head as a good thing. Maybe easier said than done but I reckon that’s where we all need to be heading. What do you think?

I played 3 1/2 hours Today and I’m beat, physically and mentally. I’m 74 and my body is tired afterwards.😅
Phew! Glad I’m not the only one. How do you wind down afterwards?
@ I lay on heat for my back for 30 minutes, listening to an Audible mystery. Maybe a cocktail before dinner😄
