Actually, it almost sounds as if the processing created a type of echo effect on the bass....
I first heard them live on some festival, where they were... not very impressive
But I have to say that with a proper studio and some remastering they sound quite good.

i even regocnize a few words which are the same as my east dutch dialect twents ^^
and theres a song from faun: vond den elben. it sung in old middhigh german... if you dont have the lyrics next to you it sounds almost the same :D its all just 1 splitted language :) the older it gets the more you regocnize from the other languages
