I love how Tatiana is genuinely listening to everyone on stage and is so receptive of everyone's opinions. That's definitely a big testament to what kind of a person she is. So humble. You can also see her studying others and their body language.
Sarah seemed so interested in what Tatiana had to say. So refreshing, because usually in other panels with other actresses, the other actresses seem so disinterested in her, like "who is this anyway?". They don't know the gem who's sitting beside them. Tatiana will sweep all the awards away from them one day.
***** Yea I started binging Orphan Black recently I am have been amazed at how often I forget that all of these diverse characters are actually just one woman. She is a really great actress and it will be interesting to see where she goes in the future.

Natalie and Tatiana are so articulate, and Sarah is so funny. Maisie's laugh though.. loved it all.
+atinb yup, and I totally adored how articulate and smart they are even though they both are so different to approach people in conversations, like Tat is so endearing in the way She talks to people and Nat is so strong in the way She communicates, yet so polite, amazing chat with such amazing women :D

I was half way through this when I released where I had heard Katey Sagal's voice before! After that I couldn't stop hearing Leela every time she spoke! This pannel just made me love Tatiana Maslany more, which I didn't know was possible! Clone Club for life!

Is it just me or did Nicole look really pissed off at times during this interview? Specifically when Natalie was talking and a couple times when Maisie was.
Kate Kibble She looks pretty nervous to be there. There isn't much synergy between the members of this panel, could be their first time meeting each other. They also don't seem to have seen the each others' shows. Most of them came across as more "competitive" than collaborative, which is what might be expected of a collective cast from the same show.
zopiclone199 Yeah, it seems kind of awkward and competitive. When others are talking Nicole looks annoyed. It must just be competition like you say.
Kate Kibble I don't know if I would describe that expression on her face as "pissed" but it's fairly clear that she felt at least slightly left out. It's also possible that's just her regular expression (I don't watch whatever show she's on, never seen any of her interviews, don't know what she is "normally" like). She did smile quite a few times when Mazie and Natalie were talking about sword fighting stunts and horseback riding...so I don't think she was annoyed at them or anything...
Maybe that's her default face.

on the issue of piracy: not everyone is privileged enough to be able to pay when the content is online for free. There are also artists out there who understand that and don't mind piracy because they're not as concerned with money, and are more focused on their art e.g. Ed Sheeran.
Also, it's like you have two pens that are exactly the same in front of you; one is for free and the other one you have to pay for. It's pretty much understandable you pick the free one.

123andacction exactly! If everyone was able to pay for entertainment, I'm pretty sure a lot more people would but there are more important things that are needed. Ed Sheeran said he knows people will pay if/when they're able to and that's true. It's not that we don't want to, it's that we all can't unfortunately. And don't worry, I understood you perfectly. English is my second language too.

I don't think the issue is that some people will always steal (that is eternal). I think the biggest problem is that beyond the continental United States, quite often it's just not available legitimately. It's actually not a choice of two pens in front of you and one is free. It's that the pen store just won't sell to you if you live in most countries, so those people will just go in and steal it. The onus is on the pen store to find a way to serve everyone.
Long ago when LOST was on the air, it would get posted to UA-cam the day after it aired (and taken down the day after that) and the majority of the comments were "Thank you for posting! There is no other way for me to watch this show because I live in Armenia/Chile/Honduras/wherever."
zammmerjammer that's also true. I have to wait around 8 months for American shows such as How I Met Your Mother to air in the UK. By the time the season is over, I'll have seen all the spoilers online! It's pretty stupid, especially now that we're more connected through social media. The only show I get to see straight after it airs in the US, is Game of Thrones which airs in the UK the day after the US. But that's just 1 show out of thousands :/ If these rich people don't wait people to "steal", they should ensure it's more easily accessible.

I love Katey Sagal and I also agree that piracy is a difficult issue especially for literally everyone who does not live in the United States and simply does not have access to the content. However, I think the point she is trying to make is to support the artists you love (especially in music) and that when you support a TV show by paying for it, you don't just support the actors who make the most of that money but also the rest of the crew who gets much less unfortunately. And the problem really is with the people who CAN afford it but choose not to. She can afford it and lives in the United States so she makes her kids buy the content. That's just her point of view. I agree, that she might not have made this clear enough and did not acknowledge the struggle of people who live overseas or don't have the money but that doesn't mean that her point isn't valid for anyone. In my opinion, she is trying to convey the message that you should try and support your favorite artists and there's nothing wrong with that.

Piracy is a difficult topic. Here in germany you can now officially be charged if you illegaly get or even stream something. on the other hand it takes about 1 1/2 years for movies etc to appear on german netflix etc. if I want to watch new seasons of stuff right away I HAVE to watch it illegally bc you don't get amerivan televison here. I hate it!

The character that struck me as stretching Tatiana's abilities was Alison. She could be made up as another character and Alison would shine through. Strangely she seemed to be able to change her body from role to role. Alison, Sarah,Cosima etc.. all seem to have different shaped bums.

She was the main character and the writers kept pushing her further and further into the sideline to give Crane more story-lines. That's one of the reasons season 2 was so bad. In 3A, I thought they learned from their mistakes, then they started doing it again in 3B, until they finally killed her off. I know Nicole Beharie wanted to leave the show because she was fed up with how she was being treated on and off screen, but she didn't have to get killed off.
And to boot, they made Abbie say she was there to "mentor/support Crane's journey", when at the end of the FIRST EPISODE OF THE SERIES, we established that Crane & Abbie were PARTNERS who will help fight against the monsters, creatures, etc. that are a threat to the world.
Anyway, I decided I'm officially done with the show after they killed her off. I can't support a show that treats its WOC *lead* like that as a WOC myself. I'll miss Crane and Jennie though.
cadettipk Woah I literally did not know that because i stopped watching after season 2 but damn they really did her so wrong especially since we haven't a strong woman of color as the lead role in tv for a while and people were excited about that.

This Katey Sagal...have not seen her work and don't really know why she is so arrogant and self obsessed. All through the interview she acted like she was some 10 times academy winner. This is what I hate about Hollywood...these self obsessed actor and actresses acting like they're better than their fellows. We have Natalie Dormer and Tatiana Maslany on the panel so I don't know maybe she was feeling inferior and trying to mask it in superiority. Either way she was horrible!
