If Lou doesn't use this voice when he's announcing Kimmel at least once, we've got a problem.
Something tells me you'll have a problem
Announcing Kimmel?
@@Monkey14891 Lou's day job is/was being the announcer on Jimmy Kimmel
Lou's commitment to the bit should be a case study for future generations, I can't believe he can command a whole room like this.
Pinocchio smoking, drinking, and chewing bubble gum is the trauma response I was hoping for with this horror series. Lou has the voice down perfectly, 10/10
I'm a vet and this is straight up what it's like when another vet opens up to you about some messed up stuff that happened downrange. Not sure if that's what Lou was going for here, but it's spot-on.
@@johnwilcox8596 It took me a few tries to realize that you were saying "veteran" and not "veterinarian"
I love how Lou's laughter just explodes out of him when he breaks
Ooooh, that's just right...
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Lou is either serious af, or laughing as hard as he can and I'm here for it
@@sirenex3242YOU LIED! YOU LIEEEEDD"
"I know I sound cavalier about it now"
- Cigar puffing, bubblegum and whiskey shooting, puppet boy barely looking over the ramparts
😂😂😂 I just love this summary
Until this moment I didn't even think about the fact that the whiskey and bubblegum, do nothing for him. He's wood. He can't get drunk. Let alone the smoking. He can't breath. He's just lighting a cigar and letting it burn.
It's the sheer drama and hilarity of it all
Man's is just chasing the feeling 😂
He could age the whisky inside him, though.
He might enjoy the texture of the gum at least, IDK
@@tmzFRM that’s referenced actually!
This is the funniest visual yet in this campaign of just a weathered tired Pinnochio smoking, drinking whiskey, and chewing bubblegum lol
With his eyes, barely above the rampart walls, next to a towering glass armored princess, Cinderella
dont forget the hysterical laughter that sounds just shy of a scream
I'm completely losing my mind every time he says, "Ooh that's just right"
I love when Lou makes a character decision that makes him laugh so hard he can barely keep talking because he’s laughing so hard.
this child has no
-breath to smoke the cigar
-saliva to moisten the gum
-digestive system to process the whiskey
I think playing Pinocchio broke Lou and thus has broken Brennan.
It’s like the perpetual moment of when Gunnie is asking the cashier about the pancake in Starstruck when there’s a smoking grenade going off next to him
Lou was giving Black Uncle retelling stories of their youth at the family reunion and it STILL sends me. 🤣🤣🤣
I just LOVE that Lou's laugh is SO big, SO free, and SO infectious, that nobody can handle it (including me!), and everybody just starts cracking and dying once he does. 😂😂😂
This had me laughing outloud man. This might be the horror season but god damn it might be the funniest too
Their darkest seasons are some of their funniest, a crown of candy consistently made me cry from laughing shortly before tearing my heart out
In many ways horror and comedy go hand in hand. Like Cabin in the Woods or Evil Dead.
I fucking love Lou Wilson 😭😭
Ladies and gentleman: Lou Wilson
"oooooh that's just right~"
*everyone dying*
This made me wonder for a sec if Lou was trying to go for a horrified/ptsd type of cavalier or straight out mafia gangster.
I've had conversations like this MANY times in similar circumstances with people who've been through the wringer, and believe me, they be laughing at the time, they will laugh about it much later, but they are going to cry about it long & hard at some point.
Bubblegum and Whiskey is the title of my new EP
This is a scene I need animated lol
I tell you it goes right though me 🤣💀
This episode was goated. First half was hilarious and the second was really great storytelling.
This has got to be my favorite Dimension 20 bit of all time, Lou's "ooh, that's just right" kills me every time 😂
I love when one of the players does something that the whole table has to stop to laugh, it's just proof that they really work well together
"ooh that's just right" made me pee 😂😂😂
I’ve never seen Lou burst out a laugh in the middle of a bit like that lmao
No body can crack Lou up like Lou
Lou's hair and earrings are perfect... Looks amazing. So stylish!!!
I didn't know I needed a version of Pinocchio whose soul is just a 60-year-old thrice divorced veteran who fought in the Vietnam War in his teens and got mixed up with the CIA and the Italian Mafia when he got out of the military and is now just chilling in an unknown Midwest town where he's regarded as a mysterious old man.
Lou's got the energy of that one uncle at every holiday that says something traumatic about their past and just keeps joking unphased while everyone's staring XD
The way that his voice just lurches higher and higher as he goes on, it sounds like he’s inhaling helium omfg 💀💀💀💀
Now that I think about it, didn't Pinocchio and his friends drink and smoke like that where they got turned into donkeys?
Emily and Murph's laughs are so contagious oh my god
"I'm pretty cavalier about it now," Should be a meme.
He's trying to keep the voice so hard lol
When I hear Lou laugh in lunacy it brings me such joy
God I love these people and the way they bounce off each other 🤣
"I'M A REAL BOY!"
This episode was so good. I laughed so hard😂😂
😂 its the snort at the end that got me
Every season deserves at least one Lou breakdown
The greatest clip ever
lou is fucking hilarious so often its wild.
I love how it gets so bad toward the end that Brennan can't even remember English, for about three seconds, before he continues....
Lou is a National fricking treasure
This season is just so amazing, I can't get over it 😭😭😭
And smoking a cigar, don’t forget he likes smoking cigars
amazing pinocchio imagery in my head.
Shenanigans are the bread and butter of any DnD campaign
He's so damn funny
Lou and Emily are probably the funniest characters this season! 😂😂😂 they have made me laugh soooo much.
Thinking back to Gunnie and Barry at the casino in Starstruck, how does Lou make just miming the act of taking a sip of a drink so funny?
Yeah, go ahead an try and finish that line🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍👍🙃🙃
Okay, but where did Lou get those earrings!?
I can't stop watching this. It's gold.
That has to be some well seasoned wood there
The further I got into this episode, the more I was like, "Yall had to agree to collectively eff this up in the green room. Right? RIGHT?"
I mean, 0 for 5.
this entire episode made me cry
I'm so surprised none of them tried to appeal to any of the princess in the interactions set up for them. I'm glad there were serious consequences for them making that decision because it would have seemed weird for their characters to take such a drastic turn from the way they were being played previously and not have the world respond in kind. I was so happy when I got to the end of this episode 😁
Gerard did.
From their point of view the princesses are a bunch of nutty s*icidal radicals and as soon as the plan was revealed their immediate thought was gtfo which is fair. I think they might've been able to make some allies among the princesses if they tried to reach out more and didn't get such bad rolls. Rough time.
@@jamespryor5967 That is true! Those rolls sure got him though 😂
@@necordektox879 Yeah, I agree. It wasn't insanely out of character for them given the information they were presented with I guess. I was surprised Emily didn't end up bonding more with her princess considering their shared experience. And I was really surprised by the way Ally and Lou provoked theirs. But in the end the way they all kind of had similar horrible interactions coupled with the rolls made it seem cohesive at least. And the repercussions were fitting, so it was still great to watch and makes me interested in what will happen next.
this scene here is in fact pinocchio trying to bond with cinderella, genuinely trying to forge a real connection out of the fact that they share a stepmother (then getting goaded into the cigar and whiskey and bubblegum by murph ally and emily; in the adventuring party he explains how that was not his intention in playing the scene) so i think its kind of unfair to paint it as him goading her and not even trying to reason; i see what you are saying w/r/t the outcome tho for sure
Oooh, that's just right
god i was howling
Would like to reference back to "Chaotic entitled"
That voice is gold xD
We've seen some stuff... "and you are"? Me well I'm a cigar smoking, bubblegum chewing, whiskey drinking puppet! "But do you have a name"? Wilson, Pinocchio Wilson. Now hand me that other bottle.
God I don't have the funds for it right now but I've loved all these clips. I'm gonna binge the season when it's done.
That's charisma
He was trying to bond with his half step-sister :,)
Some nice Pinocchio aged Whiskey
Amazing 👏
Which campaign I've been out for a while 😅but I need to see this one
😄
my headcannon is that Pinocchio is EIGHT (8) years old
In the campaign he has been alive for 4 years.
Lou dying while trying to finish a joke is never not funny.
I don't understand the bubble gum, is that some American stereotype?
think its cus hes made of wood so it just sticks to him
His character is Pinocchio and when he was on toy island he would drink whiskey, smoke cigars and chew bubblegum. It’s part of his character
