Then he "savaged" her to "end" and was jailed for 3 years while awaiting the trial and sentencing. The judge mentioned his racial and ethnic background and how he's a victim of "colonialism" so he was sentenced to SEVEN YEARS with timr served. Because of the way the "Justice" system works, he was eligible for parole the moment his sentence was read out. This guy also had over 60 pages of offenses.

And before you get mad about this, do some reading about how significant and persistent early childhood trauma literally changes your DNA. Certain trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and even predisposition to various chronic illnesses are subsequently passed on to offspring. This is a subject that is still being studied, but it’s interesting. Definitely a field that’s worth understanding if you’re interested in criminology and psychology.

Nevermind that anyone blackout drunk can't consent to sex or a kiss, i doubt, using their logic, that on CCTV they passionately made out and or that she was the kisser and he the kissee.. if you are caught off guard by an unwanted peck on the lips as you are leaving anyway, what exactly are you supposed to do about it to indicate it was unwanted without putting yourself in possible danger starting something when you are leaving already..
You can't be held responsible for being kissed unexpectedly, drunk or sober.. and because the aggressors face is on yours no one can see the look of shock and disgust rather than a return kiss.. happens alot when someone is accosted by an unwanted ex with a surprise kiss at the worst moment and the person's partner or atleast someone who tells him never believes it ... the cops are cretins

@Dawna-gp1zk I know. The judges are incredibly racist, and it's encouraged by the government. There was a man who impersonated a police officer 7 years ago to get into an old woman's home. Then he "savaged" her to "end" and was jailed for 3 years while awaiting the trial and sentencing. The judge mentioned his racial and ethnic background and how he's a victim of "colonialism" so he was sentenced to SEVEN YEARS with timr served. Because of the way the "Justice" system works, he was eligible for parole the moment his sentence was read out. This guy also had over 60 pages of offenses.
