I just finished Collection 1. Do you feel you use heavier or lighter dumbells for the workouts in Collection 2 compared to Collection 1? I have a pretty good assortment in my basement that worked perfect for Collection 1, but I just hate to get into this new set of workouts and find I need heavier. Thanks!
