Not everyone in the world belong to Jesus . On my those who have out their faith in Him are children of God. Jesus clearly says that no one can snatch anyone that the Father gives him and vise versa with the father . He also called the Pharisees children of the devil abs that their father was the devil because they rejected him. Only true believers belong to God the rest belong to Satan the god of this world as the Bible states. Read John chapter 17 it talks about who are his as well and John ch 1 talks about people becoming children of God. We are adopted into his kingdom which is not of this world.
