I picked up a used one for 34 grand. Just use your phone for music/gps, put the car in sport plus and you're golden. This car is a beast and very comfortable .
I have a 2017 RedSport, same options and colors as this one but rear wheel drive, I freaking love it. It's beautiful, sexy, fast as hell, handles great, the interior is beautiful, comfortable and feels wonderful. The tech is fine, slightly outdated but works great and has all the bells and whistles that you want. The audio system pumps and the cameras are great. The self driving tech is really cool, I never use it cause I like to drive but it would be cool on a very long drive. I think as a package and for the price it's way better than a comparable BMW, Audi or Mercedes.
BMWm3 doesn’t even compare in the looks department, weighs 500 lbs less . The smooth lines on the q inside are beautiful, you have a touch of old and new combined technology. If I wanted a monitor sticking out of the dash collecting dirt I would buy a bmw, all reviews by many go on about the technology on a car, I’m buying a car not a computer, yes I have a red sport I- line and the real beauty is you will not see many around, and 10 years from now it will be worth more than a bmw😉😉
I’m 6’2. I can lower my seat because I like sitting low. It might just be your particular car. But I do agree, the infotainment is my only gripe with this car.
Like you said, for very similar money you can get a 340i, m340i, m240i, and you'd have more fun with that than you would this. Interior is gorgeous, but that entire center console / gauge area is very outdated. I'll take the BMW in this situation.
@@fastec5 not in this case. The n54 came with forged internals. The b58 which is in all the new m40i and supra cars, is also good to go to make big power.
Yeah, everyone that works on these say it best.... It preceded the GTR and became the smarter, more financially based decision, with good power and it looks beautiful. Nissan fucked themselves in the GTR market now lol
Bro just is the infotainment is way better with CarPlay in it. 2020 and newer. Would be able to run CarPlay on top screen and the bottom is a helper screen which can show either climate, audio or settings.
If you want to be a good car reviewer, learn to put the focus on the car and not just yourself along with your own personal bias opinions. You along with most of these wannabe car reviewers need to learn how to enjoy a car and actually shine a spot light on the details. More footage of the car itself, interior, exterior, exhaust note, 0-60, engine, etc. People don't come to see you but the car itself and unless your Chris Harris and actually know how to talk about cars enthusiastically, you should put less focus on talking and more focus on production.
Sorry I thumbs down because you spent way to much time on the tech. It is a fun drivers car, I have various computers at home for tech not to mention my phone. Your channel is great but I am tired of reviews on sport or gt cars focusing on tech...go by Apple shares. It has all the safety tech which is all the tech most will care about in a fast fun car. Lastly please no BMW comps....they are fun stylish cars but for every month you drive one it will spend a few days in the shop.
This model is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Nicer than the base looking junk Doug Dumero got to review :|. Yes i know it's the coupe version but still......it actually looks like a "Red Sport 400". It's almost as if the one Doug reviewed was a mid range model with false Red Sport badging...
infiniti is like subaru, just outdated interior and performance. That center infotainment area looks like a luxury from the early 2000's. The seats look somewhat nice but that's about it. Nobody ever includes this in comparisons among performance cars because it can't hang. You really just have to be a fan of infiniti to get one of these, which is fine to each their own. But for 68k canadian... oof that's a lot of money.
Besides the Civic Type R, I feel like all Japanese performance cars are outdated. The Lexus RCF and GSF, R35 GTR, STI use engines that are at least 10 years old Only the Supra and Civic Type R are newer stuff and the Supra is more Euro than Japanese.
@@usernamealreadytaken770 ya that's true lexus looks outdated too and subaru is outdated with everything including performance. But the supra isn't japanese though, it's a bmw with a toyota cosmetic kit.
This is one of those cars that looks nice in pics and videos but in person that interior gives off a cheap feel. That's why it hasn't sold as well as the G35/37 did. Plus it cost a lot.
I never had anyone sit in mine and say the interior was cheap feeling or looking lol and i have passengers who daily drive carreras and jag F types... The one guy actually traded in his m4 for a q60 red sport and said he prefers it and finds the interior "different" and said bmw became numb and boring to him, so go figure. Opinions always vary 👌
I love the videos man, but I have to recommend that cars get a little wash before you start the b roll shots. I'm a detailer myself, so all the water spots even just attract my eye more than the details/line that you're trying to highlight.
If you count all your troubleshooting and maintenance dollars saved by avoiding the bmw, buy a set of Michelin pilot super sports, and BC coil overs for the infiniti, and.... you're welcome.

Most Q50 & Q60 owners like you and I often times say that they love their car. I certainly love my Q50! The more I drive it, the more I love it 😎👍

That interior is nice the actual hell is this guy talking about. They also updated infotainment for 2020 .
So it’s looks good and goes good. But you want a Ipad on the dashboard. I think you can get a few iPads for 4K
