Pakistani here...saeed was my favourite batter and Sachin was my best friend's favourite...when I grew up I of course wanted Pakistan to win but I wanted Sachin and Lara to play great innings even against Pakistan... part of me would be sad if they got out early.. I remember once Sachin simply played a defensive stroke but it was so solid and against super fast bowling that my brother and I talked about it for some time

Around 1997 to 1999, there was a good competition of centuries between Saeed Anwar and Sachin Tendulkar, Anwar was stylish opening batter audience never got tired of watching him play. On the other side, Tendulkar was hard working batter who took test of stamina, concentration, skill of the bowlers. After passing of daughter of Saeed Anwar, everything fell apart for him.

Anytime I see this show, I feel like I am sitting in a room with 4 of my guy friends discussing cricket. There is a natural ease about how these guys do the show and everyone its just the right group.
Credit goes to Wasim Akram and obviously the rest of the group as well. During the first show somebody suggested him to bring some retired player he said I am all for it but I wont tolerate disrespect and toxicity. If you are a gentleman, respectful and positive you are most welcome. Their agenda is not going viral, not create controversies to get views and not spread hatred!

There was a time when both Sachin and Saeed A cebturies were almost the same. Later, Saeed took a u turn and Sachin contd d cricketting path.
At beginning of year 1998:
Saeed Anwar = 15 centuries
Sachin Tendulkar =12 centuries
Then in year 1998 alone, Sachin scored 9 centuries, (12+9=21) overtaking Desmond Haynes 17 centuries record.
1998 is same year when Sachin played in that famous Desert Storm match in Sharjah.

I don't think Saeed Anwar obtaining fake certification for his fitness by forging friendships with doctors is something to laugh about. Doctors are appointed to do their jobs at the highest professional standard. If they can be persuaded to abandon that standard because of 'friendship' with lies and deceit, they ought to be sacked and their licences revoked. This highlights the lackadaisical, irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour that permeates all forms of decision-making in our cricket management. No wonder the team's performance is so lamentable. All the panel members chuckling about it was frankly disgraceful.
A general Doctors treat disease and can give Medical Fitness ....but it's a team of Cardiologist and physio who can give a Physical Sports level fitness....no even even employed physio in 90s... even Sports Medicin (the expert head) came up in Subcontinent 7 years earlier
