35 years now The Seekers have been there as I wandered through life, from the best of times to the worst of times and back again.........and last night I was there seeing them live for the first time. I am totally stunned. What an experience!
I was lucky enough to be at this concert.The third time I have seen them-1966,1993 and 2014.They are all in their 70's now but sound as good as ever.They seemed to enjoy themselves as much as the audience.Nice to see the boys looking after Judith on stage-she looked quite frail.An awesome and emotional concert and wouldn't have missed it for the world.This may be the last tour they do and I thank them for all the joy they have given for the last 50 years.
Awesome performance at RAH and at ALL the UK dates in April-June 2014, fantastic group with the sensational voice of Judith Durham STILL as good as 1965 - amazing!!!
I saw them in Adelaide with a friend when my wife had to return to the Philippines after a family tragedy. I then got tickets for their last Australian concert of this tour in Brisbane so my wife and I could be together to see them. "Our" song almost since day one together has been "I'll Never Find Another You" Both concerts were fantastic. I really wanted to get to the UK to do the tourist thing and at the same time see a concert there... it was so tempting. Judith had lost nothing of her voice when here and obviously nothing changed on their UK tour. Thanks!
