After 4 days planning with the Storm I love it's unique sound of dirt and clean signals. I own hundreds of pedals and lots of overdrive but the storm is different to everything. Just about to play it against a vintage boss od clone but they will be nothing alike. A must own pedal for overdrive fans. Warm can chunk too, fiery is hot
After 2 weeks playing this pedal I think that it could be a Boss OD1 in warm with a Klon clipping in the hot mode.? Plus it has a clean mix in the circuit that blends clean and overdrive output. ❤
@@stevendavidson391 aye, the great thing about the iSet pedals is that they very rarely cost very much at all. It's a very interesting and unique tone isn't it?
I really like it buddy, suspect it suits SSS Strats best - yes it rocks an old school vibe. Eg razor slashed speaker, some reverb and/or a touch of Lesley Roto Speaker (or is that just me?). It sounds great in your hands, not sure I could do it justice or make use of it, it would be a nice to have though as it sounds more expansive that yer run-of-the-mill variants🤔😉✌️💜👍
@@musoseven8218 bless you, very kind to say. It's a cheap enough pedal just to have one for the sake of having one fortunately. It's definitely got it's own sound 👍
@@BudgetPedalChap oh yeah. In the 90s my Tone Nerd friend introduced me to hearing the diffs of different manufacturers 12ax7 in the first slot in a cranked Princeton with a 12". He brought GE, Telefunken, Mullard, and when those amps are cranked at like 8-9 the tone difference was very apparent. You won't tell at 1-4. And it opened my ears up. He was my Guitar Sensei. I still miss nerding out with and trying to unlock his banjo rolls on guitar. Dave Rosser was a badass and I was so honored he took me under his wing and learn me what good live tone is. Sorry for long post. Check out Twilight Singers.
Love this pedal, it sounds awesome under your tutelage ( had to spell check that 😂, so you are not alone in spelling 😂) Got to buy this, thanks BP for highlighting this & I need to look at iSet pedals
@@jamessilver2748 bless you very much good sir. I think anything over 2 syllables is fair game for the online dictionary 😂😂 iSet do make some rather nice pedals, often overlooked due to being a relatively unknown brand but you can often save a bit of cash for very similar circuits to the likes of Mooer 😉
Rowin ODRIVE Il : Two working modes: Warm/Hot Warm: reproduce the classical electronic overdrive with plump, warm and sweet effect Hot: a more powerful “Crunch’’ Sound

Good evening, a wonderful overdrive with an absolutely great sound. The spirit of good old rock and blues. I like it very much. Greetings Pavel CZ.👍👍👍

Ooooh I like that. Especially those Kinks tones at the end. I was saving for a couple of more expensive pedals, but this might go on the list too

Some nice tones, loved the Golden Touch bit 🤘🏻

Great demo. Personally I like it. It’s got a lot of vintage character. Definitely got a bit of fuzz in there too.
Yeah, there's definitely something going on more than just your average drive eh? Thanks for the kind words 👍

I bet they got the position backwards on the toggle. That happens sometimes with the cheap ones..lol. I could be turned the other way pretty easy.

Sounds kinda fuzz/distortion to me.What happens when you use your guitar volume to set the tone.

Is it an overdrive pedal???
