Dale - Thanks for another excellent video! Question: When you assigned the Weekend Work Only calendar to the Implement task to override Luke’s calendar, a resource overallocation warning appears in the ID column on the left. I notice you didn’t mention it. Should we just ignore the warning? Is there a way to hide the warning so you don’t have to explain it to the boss?

Excellent question! Thanks for asking, and thanks for watching my UA-cam channel. When I assigned the Weekend Work Only calendar to the task, this meant that the assigned resource will need to work on a weekend. However, since the resource's calendar shows that they do NOT work on weekends, Microsoft Project displays the overallocation indicator (I called it the "burning man") since the resource is assigned to work during nonworking time. In a situation like that, you should definitely NOT pay any attention to the overallocation indicator, as in my opinion, this represents a false overallocation that CANNOT be leveled. Unfortunately, there is no way to hide this overallocation indicator, so you need to be ready to explain to your boss why this is a false overallocation and why it should be ignored. Thanks again for this GREAT question. Hope this helps.

Why can't I enter a budgeted value for each resource I define? thx

Budgeted value for each resource? Where? This video has nothing to do with assigning a budget to resources, so you will need to provide way more information before I can effectively answer your question. Let me know.
