It is definitely true that a design thinking workshop can become routine to the point that we do not understand why we are using the methods they employ. You have great content, keep it up.
I think that “design thinking” became a buzzword and monetized as a formalized process and structure, but my biggest hang up is that it IS possible to come up with solutions without all the formalization. It’s great to have it and be able to facilitate it but going through drawn out processes to solve problems can sometimes feel tiring!

Great content. Culture is definitely the hardest challange when looking for do it diferently. In my case, not design thinking but Lean Thinking.

I totally agree @Goodnight Rock ! If we don't have the "ingredients" following a recipe won't work!
