Since the movie is gonna be apart of a trilogy, i hope they take criticism into consideration and the other 2 movies turn out better than the first one. It's not bad but needs some work, I think they can improve it.
Yeah I should have mentioned that it's 1 of 3 and even if it didn't do well in the box office it probably was still going to get at least one sequel since they made their money back from the peacock deal. Also it's a trilogy since Matthew Lillard signed on for 3 films

I haven't seen this, but it looks like a movie that could be made for sfyf channel. I think mike an vanessa, probably would be a interesting but all jokes a side I hope everyone enjoyed the film. I love the sonic music, in the background nice touch
Hey, person with a fnaf hyperfixation here!! I might be slightly biased but I honestly really liked the movie, particularly the parallels between the actual lore and the creativity library uptook by the movie, the main examples I noticed were: •Mike, Abby and Garrett being parallels to Michael, Elizabeth and Evan/Crying child (Afton's children) •Max's death being a direct refrance to the Bite of 83 •The main kid that Mike talks to during his dreams/nightmares also looking eerily similar to Evan/Crying child I'm also obsessed with how they used the concept of trauma, dreams and childlike innocence in this film to make it more of a psychological horror rather than just a slasher, especially as someone who's struggles with trauma related dreams myself. There's only one thing I disliked about the film and that was the Father/Daughter Relationship between William and Vanessa, especially since in the games, it's presented as a lovesick following. But apart from that, I loved it. I laughed, I cried, I stimmed; it was an unforgettable experience.

Tbh, the 25% rating from critis, comapred to the 88% rating from the audience in rotton tomatoes, is absurd XD
It is but hey, it's based on how many critics enjoyed the movie and for only 25% of them to enjoy it is kinda nuts
